Where exceptional food, truly great coffee, and genuine hospitality come together. Today, Ø12 has grown into three busy locations and one of the city’s favourite brunch spots. But for us, great cafés are built by great people. We believe outstanding guest experiences start behind the counter, with teams who feel supported, trusted, and proud of what they do. aioss

aioss is a Scandinavian brand on a mission to make healthy living simpler and more enjoyable. Because today, living unhealthy has become easier than living healthy. We want to change this. At least part of the puzzle. We’ve therefore develoed an all-in-one supplement solution that builds a strong foundation for our users across vitamins, minerals, fibers, adaptogens, and good bacteria. This is an easy, enjoyable, but also impactful habit, making it easy to leave your door each morning thinking "I got off to a good start". From there on, it's about making the next good, healthy decision, and then the next one again.

Agrain by Circular Food Technology

We are producing super food in everyday formats. With our unique technology we have developed a method to up-cycle Brewer's Spent Grains to new healthy and delicious food. Brewer's Spent Grains are the malted and mashed grains used to brew beer and whisky. We sell our products both in retail and Industry formats. Up-cycling side stream ressources from the food & beverage industry is one of the most effective ways to increase the output we get from raw materials, decrease the CO2 emissions from the food industry, and hereby secure a much more sustainable future of food.

Street Food District

Street Food District is Denmark’s largest operator of street food markets, running four venues: Reffen & Werkstatt, Broens Street Food, Seaside Toldboden and Storms Pakhus. Each market is built around a shared passion for great food and serves as a platform for entrepreneurship and new culinary ideas. Street Food District acts as the central administrative hub for all locations, managing customer service, sales, finance, PR, communications and marketing, as well as construction and development.

Wavy Wonders ApS

We're on a journey to introduce seaweed as a natural part of nordic food - first by way of a sustainable, nutritious, ready-to-eat snack product. Each bite begins with a crispy lightness followed by a wholesome, satisfying crunch, crafted in a selection of familiar flavors - done a little differently. The Why: By 2050, the world is required to produce at least 50% more food and do so while achieving 'Net Zero' carbon emission according to the UN. Seaweed has unique properties in that it can be grown on lines of rope in the ocean, with no requirement for artificial inputs (fertiliser, fresh water, light). The output is nutritious seaweed that is stock full of essential vitamins (A, D, E, B1, B2), Iron, Calcium, and Omega-3 fat - usually only found in fish. And there's more - seaweed also sequesters about 5x as much CO2 as land-based plants. In short, seaweed can be part of the solution for some of the world's largest issues. Our dream, is to create local demand, for locally produced seaweed, to support foods of the future and Danish companies.

Nextfood

At Nextfood, we are reshaping the plant-based food supply chain from farm to fork with large scale indoor farms combined with mini-farms in restaurants, catering, retail etc. Our computer controlled decentralised farm network grows deliciously fresh, locally produced, pesticide-free greens year-round to the benefit of flavour, health and climate. 1 m2 Nextfood farm corresponds to 200 m2 outdoor farm land and saves 98% water, more than 75% fertiliser and electrifies energy consumption. In turn addressing one of humanity’s greatest challenges: A sustainable high quality food supply for a rapidly growing urbanised population.

Benjis Sea Moss

What if the healthiest thing you could eat was a plant from the bottom of the ocean? Have you heard of Sea Moss Gel before? Nature’s most powerful superfood? The one that contains 92 of the 102 minerals our body needs? Now, I know what you’re thinking. Seaweed? Really? That slimy stuff on the beach? Yep, that one. But here’s the thing.. We’ve turned it into something that’s not only incredibly good for you but also seriously delicious. Let’s rewind for a second, because there’s a reason Sea Moss is called nature’s most powerful superfood. At Benji’s, we produce nutrient-dense Sea Moss Gel. A plant-based superfood that we grow and harvest sustainably from the tropical island of St. Lucia. This island isn’t just beautiful, it’s alive. The surrounding waters are rich in minerals thanks to volcanic rock activity beneath the seabed, and the warm Caribbean climate creates perfect growing conditions for the golden sea moss to thrive. It naturally absorbs over 90 essential minerals and becomes rich in omega-3 fatty acids, amino acids, and vitamins, making it one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. What’s even more magical is that Sea Moss doesn’t just support human health, it supports the planet too. Sea Moss is one of nature’s quiet climate heroes. It takes in carbon dioxide (CO₂) and releases oxygen, just like trees. So by farming sea moss, it’s basically like planting underwater forests. And they are powerful ones. Sea moss can absorb up to 20 times more CO₂ per acre than land-based plants, and it grows without needing fresh water, soil, or fertilizers. Even better, as it grows, the sea moss creates a safe habitat for marine life. Fish, crabs, and turtles return to the area, and whole ecosystems begin to regenerate. It helps restore balance to the ocean while asking almost nothing in return. It’s one of the few crops on Earth that is good for both people and the planet at the same time. The company was founded by pharmaceutical industry veterans in 2011 and was originally incorporated in Hong Kong, China. Today, the company is headquartered in New Zealand, with operations in mainland China, the UK, and Denmark. ​

The Sparkling T Company ApS

The Sparkling T is a tastemaker and a gamechanger. The Copenhagen-based brand offers a range of non-alcoholic and low-alcoholic sparkling beverages based on organic, cold brewed tea. Launched in 2022, The Sparkling T is part of a growing category of elevated aperitifs and celebratory drinks that appeal to the contemporary consumer. The Sparkling T is an alternative to sparkling wines such as Prosecco, Asti, Cava and Champagne – but most of all it is a drink that resists comparison. The entire Sparkling T range is certified organic and created from a selection of premium teas, grapes and natural flavors. They appeal to the conscious consumer, looking for a glass of bubbles with little or no alcohol without compromising on taste, appeal and aesthetics.

Kitchenswaps

Kitchenswaps is an online marketplace for commercial kitchen space, matching kitchen owners with food businesses. High rental and operating costs and low profit margins for commercial kitchen owners (think restaurants, cafe's, you name it!) has resulted in a rise in bankruptcies, further compounded by the pandemic. At the same time, there is a large shortage of commercial kitchens, limiting food entrepreneurs to start/expand their business, preventing them from vital development. Our 'win-win' circular solution optimizes unused kitchen spaces by renting it out to businesses in need of flexible and affordable licenced kitchens. This maximizes revenue for kitchen owners and minimizes barriers to entry through easier access for food businesses. We are Emma & Joachim and we are two passionate foodies on a mission to make culinary innovation accessible to all!

Cirqle

Plastic waste and single-use packaging is one of the great unsolved problems for our planet. In Denmark, we produce 844KG of household waste annually per person. Most of this packaging is used for food and beverage products and it is an increasingly large environmental challenge. At Cirqle we are driven by our mission to make single-use a thing of the past and make reuse packaging the norm. Reusing packaging reduces the impact, and greatly minimizes the natural resource use of packaging. With our pioneering reuse packaging service and technology platform, we make reuse a reality for companies in the food and beverage industry. We are already breaking new ground with our meal-kit service, but the sky's the limit when it comes to reuse packaging. With partners we cover the full supply chain from packaging production and software development to sanitation and logistics making sustainability the easy choice for our customers.
