Simple Feast

Our vision At Simple Feast, we believe that amazing things can happen around the dinner table. Our plant-based meal kits are rooted in our commitment to making life easier and better for you, your family, and the planet we all share. Simple Feast takes you on a journey toward a future where the power and flavors of plants are the focus of our meals. Through inspiring and delightful taste experiences, we can help move people’s eating habits in a more sustainable direction. Our story Simple Feast was founded in Copenhagen (in 2014) with the vision of getting more Danes to make more meals at home. We wanted to go back to the primordial tradition of sharing food with family and friends. We started by creating an app with hundreds of recipes from some of the world’s finest chefs. However, we soon recognized how many people today have limited time for cooking and the need for everyday meals that are quick and easy to prepare. So in March 2017, we decided to cook the food for you on the days you didn’t have time to do it yourself. We knew that the simple action of embracing a plant-based diet held the potential to be our generation’s greatest contribution to ourselves and our planet. Each week, our culinary team (composed of former Michelin chefs) designs an array of delicious, crowd pleasing meals that just so happen to be made of plants. Simple Feast is B Corp™ certified B Corp™ is an international certification standard that defines success on the basis of inclusive and sustainable economics. As a certified B Corp™ we meet the highest verified standards of transparency, responsibility, sustainability and performance – all with the aim of generating value for the business and for society as a whole.

GRØD

GRØD is a café and restaurant concept that opened in Nørrebro, Copenhagen in 2011, with a nerdy focus on everything related to "grød", including porridge, smoothie bowls, daal, congee, risotto and bowls. Most countries have a unique "porridge"-culture that explores different ingredients, grains and spices. And when it's made right, it tastes absolutely fantastic – and it’s naturally healthy and sustainable. We also highly value community among our colleagues and our guests, and love working with people who understand that their energy has a big impact on their surroundings. GRØD has restaurants in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Oslo, as well as a series of retail products available in the most major supermarket brands.

The Pie Project

The Pie Project is a Mediterranean micro-bakery located in the heart of Odense. Our principal is to make homemade, motherly food. Homemade, handmade, heartmade pies for all the pastry lovers. We are a small team who love baking and pies! Our goal is to find more pie lovers and small business enthusiasts to follow the dream with us. Our moto to Stay HapPie. Zymoscope ApS

Zymoscope enables food processors to monitor and control fermentation easily, remotely, and in real-time. We develop a fermentation management platform, consisting of proprietary sensor technology, sophisticated algorithms, and a mobile app. Currently, our focus is to provide a robust platform for anaerobic fermentation, and more specifically the beer industry. We have been developing our solution together with leading breweries, and we have been conducting industrial pilots since May 2020. Breweries have been able to automate quality control, increase production capacity and be able to create innovative and flavorful products in an efficient and consistent way. Although fermentation is the most ancient food processing technique, it now presents a great potential to fundamentally change the way the world eats, and improve global human and environmental health and economy. We at Zymoscope have the vision to become an integrated part of the future of food, by making any fermentation easy and scalable with data. Street Food District

Street Food District is the biggest supplier in Denmark of street food markets and operates a total of 5 venues – Storms Pakhus, Reffen & Werkstatt, Broens Street Food and Seaside Toldboden. These markets are all about good food and entrepreneurship. Street Food District is the administrative engine behind all locations and houses both customer service, sales, finance, PR, communications & marketing, and construction.

Empirical

Empirical is a flavor company, founded in 2017 and located on Refshaleøen in Copenhagen. Our approach is inspired by the Empirical method and the belief that knowledge is gained from experiences, our senses, and a desire to explore the world around us. Focusing on flavor, our company uses low-temperature distillation, fermentation, and unique, high-quality ingredients sourced carefully from all over the world. The result is culinary innovations in the world of spirits, beverages and food products. We pay respect to tradition, but want to explore without prejudice, reinventing and mixing things up instead of letting traditional boxes define how we do things. Our team reflects this: it is made up of waiters, chefs, scientists and professionals who are keen to do things in new ways and to work outside of their comfort zones.

Thirsty

Thirsty is a fun-to-use mobile platform that enables people to bring the bar experience at home. Discover, learn and get the best recommendations for enjoying a well-made drink! Finding something that fits your tastes is most of the time a gamble! Discovering and experimenting with your preferences can be a fun learning experience when you’re not holding the line behind you at a busy bar. Our goal is to normalize the world of cocktails and to make it more accessible towards people who are interested in enjoying drinks. We want to shake people together through the shared experience of cocktails. We help people to discover what cocktails fit their individual tastes and learn how to impress their guests by making fancy drinks at home (or at your garden party!). By giving people the tools to learn what they like to drink and enable them to discover new sides of themselves, we educate consumers by making the complex world of mixology simpler and more accessible to people who are interested in enjoying drinks. Follow your favorite bartenders, save recipes or publish your own take on a drink you love!

SuFu - Your Sustainable Future

Based in Copenhagen, SuFu is a tech-enhanced climate consultancy dedicated to driving impact through climate actions. Our mission is clear: to help companies measure, reduce, and report their carbon emissions with precision and transparency. SuFu operates in two arms. Our consulting services offer tailored solutions for any company, focusing on: - Carbon Accounting (our flagship service) - CSRD E1 Compliance and Reporting - Emission Reduction Plans - B Corp Application Assistance - Sustainable Supply Chain Consulting, including Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) In parallel, we have developed a freemium platform for carbon accounting, specifically designed for the Food & Beverage sector. Good Habit Co.

Good Habit Co. is a lifestyle brand who provides a personally tailored vitamin solution. We sell our products directly to our users, through online sales channels and strategic partnership. And we deliver the products every month through a subscription service. We want to help our customers navigate the many truths, hearsay and pseudo-science, that is flooding the nutritional supplements industry. And we want to deliver premium product that our customers see on a daily basis as a subtle reminder of the promises they make themselves. Because we can’t all be changing the world. So why not start by changing your own. Maybe you start by making your bed in the morning, skipping the coffee to have a glass of water, or maybe by adding a pill of personally adjusted nutrition to your daily breakfast routine. It’s totally up to you. Your habits are your habits, and we are not here to force feed you with good advice on how to become super human. We are here to let you know that you are magnificent, just the way you are - hangovers and all. We just thought you should know, that it has been scientifically proven that 43% of our daily behaviour is based on habit. From the way you dry yourself after a shower, to the way you tie your shoelaces, your brain is wired for repetition. So maybe, just maybe, there is a habit in there worth changing for the better. Maybe not.

Restaurant Royal Garden

Restaurant Royal Garden is a Chinese restaurant with the mission on bringing our guests on a journey from west to east. We are therefore focusing on delivering contemporary Chinese cuisine, fusing traditional flavours with modern cooking methods. The presentation of our Chinese cuisine is inspired to create a unique, traditional and a real Chinese dining experience. We are a restaurant who was been nominated with 3 Gazelle Børsens awards in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

BRØL

BRØL -  foodtech company that designs and develops circular solutions that are pioneered as the world's 1st circular craft brewery. We are all about offering the most sustainable craft beer and driving the change with flavors, sustainability, and diversity. Our startup brewery is bringing more flavor, responsibility, and innovation into craft beer and beverage industry. Not many know, but beer is really resource-intensive to produce and with so much waste being created in our food systems, something has to change. Hence we are developing tech to bring us closer to zero waste and bring the most responsible and damn good-tasting beverages to the market. We are done building our new brewery in February, so if you are up for a visit, then let us know! BRØL is a combination of Danish words for bread and beer translating directly to 'roar' and we ROAR for positive impact and tackle a truly global issue - one sip at a time!
