NOON Ventures is a Copenhagen-based early-stage investor established in 2020. We invest in proven transformative technologies with the potential to significantly impact environmental or climate challenges. Our aim is to become the preferred partner for green entrepreneurs, and we do so by limiting our investments to few companies and working day-to-day with each of them – a fundamentally different approach than traditional early-stage investors. Hubb creates daring takeaway brands tailored for home delivery. We put multiple brands under one roof, in our kitchens designed specifically for high scale production- thus increasing efficiency and lowering costs. This results in what we call Cloud Kitchen hubs; a new concept in food delivery, which has seen rapid growth and multi-million dollar investments in the past two years. Food delivery, a market scarce on profit margins and limited by the quality of local takeaway restaurants, demands new solutions. At Hubb, we are working to solve the food delivery challenges, by: (1) creating world-class takeaway brands designed specifically for delivery, (2) rapidly building new kitchen hubs specifically for multi-branded take-away productions, and (3) increasing traditional profit margins, by lowering production costs compared to typical restaurateurs Hubb has recently secured a DKK million investment, to build brands and scale kitchens. We are a team of young professionals, with experience from food delivery, Michelin restaurants and restaurant tech. GoPitch is a matchmaking service for startups and investors. Startups make their pitch via a pitch flow, where they need to provide the information investors need, but often lack in other pitch environments. A key part of the pitch is a video of the team behind the startup, as that is as big a part of why investors see a startup as the perfect fit. The investors get automatically matched with startups that fit their profile in the GoPitch app, where they get a quick overivew of new exciting startups in their own personal feed.

We have a web app called Carrot bank. A company that uses a carrot bank has: - better employer image - more motivated employees - more productive staff The purpose of the carrot bank is to motivate members/people to perform tedious tasks or additional tasks. On the other hand, it is intended to reward the perpetrators of those tasks for their work. This allows staff to focus on what is essential and important to the company. Example 1: The controversy over the coffee brewing turn ended like a wall after the introduction of the Carrot Bank. The time previously spent on daily arguing who will make coffee, is now in billable work. Example 2: Construction workers are motivated to use the waiting time to do other work, such as cleaning and finishing a completed site or helping a co-worker. The goal of the carrot bank is to get the community (family, company, sports club) to agree together the rules of how to collect carrots and how they can be used. Once the rules have been agreed together, it is easier for everyone to stick to them and they are fair to everyone.

 Popswap is looking for a Product Manager/Developer, full-time. The Product Manager/Developer makes decisions with regards to the technological interests of a company. They are responsible for together with the team outlining the company’s technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company’s business needs. The Product Manager/Developer needs to be a developer with experience in both backend and frontend. Popswap is built using Python/Django REST Framework, and runs in a Docker environment with Celery and a Postgres database.
