RESPINOR is a privately-owned medical device company, founded in Oslo, 2015. We have developed an objective measure of breathing for critically ill patients within intensive care. The technology provides precise, continuous and real-time information of diaphragm function, our main breathing muscle, to increase the quality of care and reducing costs. RESPINOR’s technology is the winner of Horizon 2020 both in phase I and II. We are addressing an unmet medical need because every breath counts.

"Lifeboats have killed more people than they have saved!" The statement is as far as I know unsupported, but widely known within the market of lifesaving equipment. Regulatory development, or rather a lack of such, has created a worldwide situation where lifesaving equipment on ships, ferries, cruise liners, you name it, have been torn between manufacturers, owners, service providers, and class and flag authorities, where all parties are biased by their commercial interest and their hopefully unconscious gamble that such equipment never has to be used. Not on their vessel. Not on my watch. The gamble is made with human lives at stake, and unfortunately, the odds are already written in blood. My system is based on my almost 20 years in this busyness. I have been a sailor who has trusted my own life on such equipment. I have been fortunate enough to use such equipment to save others. I have been responsible for the maintenance of such, I have worked with the leading manufacturers of such equipment as well as with companies providing service and inspections. I have also been part of the international organization responsible for the development of the rules for lifesaving equipment, and I have monitored this work closely for the last 10 years. I have seen all sides of the above-mentioned struggle. I know at the end of the day safety is at stake. I also have the solution. My system will benefit all parties and make equipment integrity and safety profitable for all. I am looking for a co-founder, CTO, and system developer to make my dream come true. I need someone with a passion to make a difference. LifeTools AS develops digital tools for people with complex needs within the fields of communication, cognition, and challenged behavior. We put the user first and develop dynamic systems with high flexibility based on the unique user's needs. The network around the user will have digital tools to observe, build and publish expressions, routines, and activities into our systems, and use this information back into the interaction with the user. Både ideen og teknologien har oppfinnerhøyde. Teknologien som er beskrevet i patentsøknadene er utviklet/forsket på i samarbeid med SINTEF, og har pågått siden begynnelsen av 2011. Vi har nå utviklet en lab modell for å bevise at dette lar seg gjennomføre – dette kan du få se. ID TAG TECHNOLOGY GROUP har blitt innvilget patent i Norge, USA og Kina (2017). Det er for øvrig søkt patent i EPO, Russland, Hong Kong, Japan og Sør Korea. Søknadsprosessen går over all forventning. Teknologien kan benyttes både i profesjonelt utstyr og i personlige enheter som smarttelefoner og nettbrett/PC og egenutviklede hardwareprodukter for industrielle behov. Halify AS operates on markets within the field of urban spatial area management, with a specific focus on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and urban mobility. We have supplied solutions for Horizon2020-funded projects (VICINITY, CrossMove, BIG IoT), and received support from the Research Council of Norway on projects like Komét and Sparkling, and cooperated with the NCE environment in Horten and Oslo. We are active within several consortiums and part of the Smart Cities Norway network, the ENIT network, and ITS Arena. We have developed solutions for calculating and visualizing the environmental impact made by the transport industry on Norwegian municipalities, and take pride in visualizing difficult concepts and results in a way that is easy to convey.

We make online graphical product configurators fully integrated with the manufactures ERP-systems, for use in both for the professional and the consumer market. Today we have customers in Norway, Sweden and in the UK, - and we have plans to soon grow beyond these business areas.

In the autumn of 2016 was CSI Marine Cleaning AS [CSI] established and included in Validé's incubation program with our idea for a ship hull cleaner and cleaning of other structures submerges in the sea. CSI's idea and goal with this unit are to collect 100% of all bio-marine fouling that comes off of the surface while cleaning. The collected fouling will then be rendered harmless by killing all bio-marine life that is collected before returning it back to the sea. As of date, there is no ship hull cleaner that can document 100% collection of the fouling. Competitive ship hull cleaners vary in the collection of the bio-marine fouling from 25μm and upwards. The need for collection is as low as 2μm according to a study.CSI has secured letters of intent with Yanmar Co. LTD., Østerbø Maskin AS, and Optimarin AS with regard to the development of the collection system and ship hull cleaning unit. CSI has also in the letter of intent with Optimarin AS secured exclusive rights for use of their technology in our line of business. Furthermore, CSI has secured letters of intent with Teekay Shipping Norge AS and Transpetrol Tm AS stating their interest in the finalized product. They may intend to use the cleaning service if the product function as described and the service has competitive pricing.  Information about the development project: The technology for the collection system needs to be developed as a prototype. When it's developed the prototype will be fitted to Yanmar's net cleaner that will be modified for solid surfaces and connected to Optimarin's technology for filter and UV treatment. The cleaning speed is about 1500m2 per hour and is using water pressure in three rotating disks for cleaning the surfaces. iCsys AS will be engaged with implementing sensors and creating unique 3D-mapping software. iCsys will also implement autonomic features for the unit. Regarding research and documentation, we will involve Christian Michelsen Research AS that will document the effectiveness of the finalized unit. Østerbø Maskin will assist with CAD, engineering, and manufacturing of the unit.CSI intends to apply for Innovation Norway's Environmental technology program to start the development of this unit, thus searching for companies or investors willing to finance this project.
