Tubus Technology ApS

Tubus Technology ApS is an innovative start-up business that works within ideation, innovation and product development. We enforce self-empowerment and independence by developing products that are designed to make a difference for people with physical limitations. We work with the entire process from idea generation and product development to market validation and production development. We are currently in the stage of making international market validation and development for our first product TubusOne. TubusOne is a medical device class 1 product that holds a CE mark. It is a mechanical device for people with upper limb limitations and works by sipping and puffing into a tube (hence the name TubusOne). The tube contains a piston function that works like a finger on touchscreen devices when it is activated by a puff from the mouth. TubusOne is a prolonged finger used for navigation on touchscreen devices.

Vinden Storage

Vinden was founded in 2017 and today operates in both Stockholm and Oslo. We at Vinden thought traditional storage was unnecessarily complicated and needed a proper update. Why should one have to drive back and forth to a storage room when we can get most things delivered to the door at the push of a button? Our goal is to simplify how we store our things and we work actively to be part of a sustainable society. This means, among other things, changing how housing is built and how we manage our things overall. By freeing up space that is currently used for storage in cities, the surface can instead be used for attic, office space or public living areas. Cities are for people, not unused things!

Hervolution Therapeutics

HERVOLUTION Therapeutics (HERVOLUTION), an early-stage biotechnology company developing effective cancer and anti-aging immunotherapies targeting Human Endogenous Retroviruses (HERVs) HERVs are well recognized as tumour specific antigens, but until now, have been undruggable. HERVOLUTION has overcome this challenge and developed a powerful technology that can stimulate both arms of the immune system, the humoral and cellular response, against this rogue antigen class.

IO-dit AB

IO-dit is a start-up based in Malmö founded in 2020 where we develop smart farming solutions. We improve water and other resources use and efficiency, by deploying smart irrigation systems that allow to reduce water consumption up to 30% and increase crop yields up to 40%. Our mission is to decrease working hours and water waste in farming.

The story behind Mindclip: Ten years ago, Founder and CEO, Maria Pennan, came across a leadership program at INSEAD called “Coaching for Change and Challenge”. She realised the importance of psychology in motivating people. "This program changed my life," says Maria, who was educated traditionally as a process engineer and an MBA, and made a career in large corporations moving from technology to sales and management. Maria left the corporate world and started living. She became a more empathic person and used her passion for learning to help entrepreneurs perform their best. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Maria finally got time off her busy lifestyle to setup Mindclip Behaviour and scale her success to teams around the world.

We are creating a new and unique initiative within digital health with our vision “Make your own choices for your own health”. A digital health communications platform, Care Communicator, for international use that links the patient with the caregiver that simplifies the process to get quick and adequate health care outside the patient’s normal geographic border. Access through a smartphone, tablet or laptop. Useful both to the patient and caregiver. The Care Communicator (CC) project is a Freemium project. Problems to solve: A quick description of problems that the Care Communicator can alleviate/solve: There is no care intermediary linking different clinics, nationally or internationally. Both patients and caregivers are in obscurity regarding the possibility for care within the EU and even more obscure on a wider international scale Care varies depending on where you live. Using care quality as a choice for care is rare. Certain countries offer care guarantee (within X months) – this is often not transparent for patients. It is complicated to get the knowledge of which clinics are good with a specific treatment. It is complicated to get the knowledge of where the care queue is short. It is often difficult for patients to find the care they strive for. Solution: Our digital platform will help patients to find care at trusted alternative clinics in a simple way. Learn how to find caregivers/institutions with desired care quality outcomes. Learn how to reduce your care queue. Learn how to find care in a streamlined process. Learn how to find care within your own region or nation or internationally. Learn more about research and news of their areas of interest The process unburdens the caregivers by making it easier to find adequate specialist care to send a referral towards. Saves time for the caregiver. Possibility to give or receive a medical 2nd opinion. Caregivers can sell care. Our customers are: Care givers and service providers to users like banks, insurance companies, legal providers, vaccination clinics, translations service providers, gyms and other wellbeing institutions etc Revenue streams: Apart from the commissions from the health care provided, we will have a major part of the revenue streams with a large number of users from services provided through CC platform like: Banking – for mainly transactions (and possible financing) Insurance – for mainly health and travel insurances Vaccinations Travels – guides, insurances, travel arrangements – flights, car hire, hotels (this could in the future be connected to a premium subscription) Translation services Legal – wills, disputes etc Physical wellbeing institutions like gyms (this could in the future be connected to a premium subscription) Therapists Recurring preventive screening, for instance health check-ups, CT, genetic testing Courses Dental care (if not covered by insurance) Queues to premium care homes Rehabilitation Detox facilities Etc Sales and market strategy: We aim to initially market the Care Communicator through major organizations as an added value to their HR-offerings to their employees. Culmas

Work at Culmas is shaped around our coding cycles. They are around 4 weeks. They start with a kick-off, an improv class for the whole company and training sessions on any topics! Every two weeks, we also meet to discuss our processes and our performances. Those rituals are made to include everyone at Culmas and are important to us. Culmas is spawned out of the Improv Comedy Copenhagen Theatre. We value creativity and humor highly and we’re continuously striving to make the office a place full of motivation where ideas and inputs are welcome.
