Monii konto ApS

Monii is a danish fintech company with a vision to build Gen. 2.0 digital bank targeted micro businesses in Europe. Via a Banking-as-a-Service model we can integrate an unlimited amount of financial services into our banking platform via API integrations. This gives us the possibility to customize a digital bank that and integrate the specific financial services which these customers need to run their business today. For decades newly started businesses, in large part of Europe, has been discarded by traditional incumbent banks. Many have been declined when applying for a basic business bank account and small business loans. We are here to change that! We want to ensure financial inclusion for all micro businesses in Europe, both newly started businesses and existing micro businesses. The segment is severely underserved in many markets and they are struggling to get serviced by current players. The competitions is very low in this segment, despite the segment accounting for 22,8 million micro businesses in Europe. The potential is huge and we are seizing the opportunity! Our mission: We want to ensure financial inclusion and fairness by utilizing the new BaaS banking technology to create a unique product, tailored to micro businesses in Europe. What is Banking as a Service (BaaS)? BaaS is a model that allows non-bank businesses (like Monii) to offer financial services by integrating bank products through APIs. It enables companies to provide banking-like services without becoming a licensed bank.   How BaaS model works? BaaS allows non-banking businesses to offer financial services through licensed banks. Unlike traditional banking, where only banks provide services, BaaS enables companies—like FinTechs or retailers—to integrate banking features directly into their products. This model opens up multiple revenue streams while letting customers enjoy seamless financial solutions, such as payments, loans, and digital wallets, without leaving their favorite platforms (Monii platform). We’ve developed our first product range and tested it with 25 families—now ready to launch!

VKSplan

VKSplan er et brugervenligt bookingsystem designet til effektiv håndtering af vikar- og medarbejderbooking. Systemet tilbyder en række funktioner, herunder mødetidskvitteringer, hvor både kunder og medarbejdere kan bekræfte arbejdstidens afholdelse, samt nem tidsregistrering, der kan aktiveres individuelt for hver medarbejder og kunde. Derudover sørger VKSplan for automatiske beskeder til kunder, når en medarbejder er tildelt en vagt, og muliggør underskrift ved afsluttet arbejdstid via appen. Systemet integrerer også med økonomisystemer som Dinero for fakturering og genererer let fakturabilag i PDF-format. Med godkendelsesprocedurer for vagter før fakturering eller lønudbetaling og nem overførsel af lønfiler til Danløn og Salary, sikrer VKSplan en strømlinet proces. Desuden gør systemet det enkelt at finde ledige medarbejdere til vagter og omvendt, hvilket gør det velegnet til både små og store virksomheder med behov for fleksibel medarbejderstyring. VKSplan tilbyder en effektiv løsning til denne udfordring. Deres tidsregistreringssystem er designet til at være brugervenligt og fleksibelt, hvilket gør det nemt for medarbejdere at registrere deres arbejdstid præcist. Systemet sikrer overholdelse af de nye lovkrav og giver arbejdsgivere et klart overblik over medarbejdernes arbejdstid, hvilket understøtter en effektiv planlægning og ressourcefordeling. Systemet indeholder også tidsregistrering hvor virksomheder nemt kan tilpasse tidsregistreringen til deres specifikke behov og sikre, at alle lovmæssige krav overholdes, samtidig med at de opretholder en effektiv drift. Alle nye kunder hos VKSplan vil opleve en god onboarding, hvor hele systemet bliver gennemgået og sat op til virksomhedens behov. Efter opstart og fremadrettet er der naturligvis gratis support som er indeholdt i prisen. VKSplan er startet af Klaus Andersen der står bag IT-virksomheden Stabit-IT med beliggenhed i Aarhus C. Idéen til bookingsystemet kom, da Klaus for mange år tilbage arbejde hos Teknologisk Institut. Her blev de første tanker og modeller til systemet grundlagt, og det er efterfølgende blevet videreudviklet til det som det er i dag. Alunta.com is solving the problem of handling recurring invoices easily. However, not only do we solve this common problem, but we do it with simplicity in mind. This puts user experience at the top of our list of priorities. Alunta.com was created as we could not find a software for handling recurring billing ourselves. There's plenty to choose from; however, most are packed with features we did not want but still had to pay for. Moreover, we couldn't easily set it up ourselves. This makes Alunta.com the intuitive choice for web-solutions that offer continued maintenance, contractors with yearly check-ins, or window cleaners with frequent visits for window cleaning.
