Koordinat is a Copenhagen-based start-up building computer vision products for protecting biodiversity and nature. The EU targets of 30% protected nature relies on heavy administrative work related to monitoring and ensuring the nature in fact is protected. We are devoted to building precise AI-systems than can automate and assist with the monitoring of reserved nature. Herodesk is a fully remote tech startup based in Denmark. We have created a new customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses and webshops. Our mission is to make customer service easy. It should be easy for our customers to use Herodesk, which in turn should make it easy for their customers to get the help they need. To achieve that, we've created a helpdesk and live-chat product that is simpler and cheaper than the alternatives. Our product was launched in September 2023. Now, a year later, we have close to 100 paying customers, with more being onboarded weekly. Our founder, Anders Eiler, has previously co-founded SpeedGaming and Meebox, and led the DanDomain E-commerce division (a >€10M rev. division). Based on those learnings, it was clear that a simple and affordable customer service platform was missing for small and mid-sized businesses. So in the summer of 2023, he founded Herodesk and entered a deep-red ocean with many established competitors, but with a mission to make great helpdesk software available for the masses. We've found product market fit, and it's time to scale the businesses nationally and internationally.
