Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) is a Norwegian Government Agency located in the centre of Oslo. Med-Storm's Skin Conductance Algesimeter (SCA) uses the principle of skin conductance to measure pain, allowing us to titrate the right amount of pain medication for each, individual patient. This award-winning technology is not affected by changes in blood circulation, heart rate, hypotensia, environmental temperatures, and hypoxia, and shows low variation between individuals at the same level of pain. The pain monitor can be used on patients as young as 23 weeks of gestational age, as well as geriatric patients. MS is currently working on a miniaturized and wireless version of the SCA.

From the very beginning, we have been working very closely with the Norwegian construction industry and their construction sites. We have spent a lot of time in the field and on construction sites, we have interviewed decision-makers and users, received their feedback, ideas, and comments, tested mock-ups, and improved. Then back for more testing and more feedback and more improvements. Nordic Gelato Factory is producing beatiful vegan gelato. It is all hand-made, sustainable, locally produced Italian style ice-cream. We have proven sales data from Finland and customer testimonials are overwhelmingly good. At the moment we are entering Danish market. We have been looking for right investor but we are still on process to finding the suitable. But in order to meet to requirement fo funding we need more skilful people onboard. Since we are not aiming to be only ice-cream shop in traditional context but a supplier for Gelato as a Service business model we need different knowledge onboard in order to execute the plan. This business model would need knowledge how to run a subscription model as well as handling the logistics. Lean production planning is crucial for effective production runs. Our marketing strategy wil be outsourced and we have the right company to do it. And extra pair of hands is needed for day-to-day marketing updates ! I am the company owner and founder. My best skill are in sales and marketing as well as creating customer experience. I can run the production as well. For the operational team we would need 2-4 persons with different talents supporting the journey of Nordic Gelato Factory. After getting Denmark up and running we are heading to LONDON!
