Nordic Gelato Factory is producing beatiful vegan gelato. It is all hand-made, sustainable, locally produced Italian style ice-cream. We have proven sales data from Finland and customer testimonials are overwhelmingly good. At the moment we are entering Danish market. We have been looking for right investor but we are still on process to finding the suitable. But in order to meet to requirement fo funding we need more skilful people onboard. Since we are not aiming to be only ice-cream shop in traditional context but a supplier for Gelato as a Service business model we need different knowledge onboard in order to execute the plan. This business model would need knowledge how to run a subscription model as well as handling the logistics. Lean production planning is crucial for effective production runs. Our marketing strategy wil be outsourced and we have the right company to do it. And extra pair of hands is needed for day-to-day marketing updates ! I am the company owner and founder. My best skill are in sales and marketing as well as creating customer experience. I can run the production as well. For the operational team we would need 2-4 persons with different talents supporting the journey of Nordic Gelato Factory. After getting Denmark up and running we are heading to LONDON!

Pentonet are an established startup providing data and communication service solutions to the maritime industry. The connectivity of people and devices on boards ships is our business. Very simply we provide smarter communications for ships and sailors. The primary services that we supply are: 1. Near Shore LTE services providing a ship to shore data link based on our own LTE router that has global support, end to end firmware management and a host of special remote access features and management 2. Supercharging database performance to reduce server costs & server energy consumption. Vesiro is an early-stage startup that is developing an add-on to Elasticsearch to enable much better search performance. The product is in part based on our novel, patented search algorithms. Initial tests on data from Common Crawl (which is the same data used to train ChatGPT) shows that we can cut search times in Elasticsearch by 30-50% depending on search type used. The increase in search speed means that our software enables a more efficient use of servers in Elastic clusters, helping our customers save money on servers. It also means that the software reduces server energy consumption as fewer servers are needed to do the same amount of search. The idea behind Koréil was first born in 1998, we just didn’t quite know it yet. As a young girl, our founder and creative director Katarina watched her mother start, and run three jewelry stores from ground up. Her mother was responsible for sourcing all of the jewelry, decorating each of the individual stores (yes, this was way before e-commerce times!) and even customer service and everything in between. Witnessing her mother design the most beautiful jewelry pieces, Katarina was mesmerised by every single product and felt inspired by her vision, creativity and resilience. Since spending her early days at her mom’s boutiques after school, on the weekends and even during holidays, Katarina's dream has been to carry on the vision. Fast forward a lot of years later in December of 2021, Katarina had decided to finally gather all of her courage and start the jewelry business of my dreams. Her mother showed her that us women truly can do it all and the strength she modeled for Katarina is something she still rely on when making decisions within Koréil. Having spent so much of her childhood around jewelry, Katarina was learning and absorbing very quickly. This time has helped her tremendously when creating Koréil, as it has taught her how to design high quality, beautiful products that will last through wear. Something that deeply stuck with Katarina was how transformative jewelry was for the women wearing it. She absolutely loved seeing them walk in one of the stores and leave with a smile, loving how they look and how these stunning jewelry pieces made them feel. In 2020, we created Hydrosafe after winning the Start-Up Programme by FFE for the idea of protecting hydraulic connections on agricultural machinery against dust and other particles. Since then, we have patented and developed a grip that provides farmers with the ability to identify (colors/ID), handle (grip) and maintain (rubber bellow) their hydraulic hoses/connections without wasting time on cleaning the couplings to prevent leaks. Today, Hydrosafe is the only start-up developing smarter accessories for hydraulic connections on agricultural equipment and construction machinery. As fun and sexy as that might sound, we enjoy aiding farmers and workers all around the world with the ability to become sustainable and efficient in handling and maintaining their hydraulics. The main problem we are solving concerns dust and other particles entering the hydraulic system through the hydraulic connection, causing malfunctions, leaks, downtime etc. Our product solves this at root cause as the dust can no longer reach the connection in the first place.
