This is a massive market gap hiding in plain sight. We are building the platform where physical products get built. A place where ideas, briefs, collaborators, makers, manufacturers, production knowledge, and execution can live in one system. Instead of every company rebuilding the process from zero, they can plug into shared infrastructure for developing, testing, and scaling products. The more projects that run through the platform, the stronger the network becomes. More data, better matching, faster execution, more repeat production, and more value captured across the lifecycle. We started this because we think it is crazy that software has world class infrastructure for building together, while physical products are still stuck in email, spreadsheets, fragmented sourcing, and expensive guesswork. The Problem Selling homes that don’t yet exist is challenging. Buyers struggle to visualize and plan their future space from static floorplans, leading to indecision, lengthy sales cycles, and lost revenue. Real estate companies often rely on expensive, time-consuming 3D agencies to create visualizations—making it impractical to showcase every unit interactively. Even after purchase, buyers risk making poor furnishing decisions, wasting time and money on furniture that doesn’t fit. Our Solution Virkley transforms the static 2D floorplans into hyper-realistic virtual property tours, allowing buyers to step inside a space before it’s built. They can walk through rooms, switch between furnished and unfurnished views, adjust interiors, and take measurements. This helps property developers and real estate agencies showcase homes more effectively while making the buying experience more engaging and informed.

StudyBuddies leverages AI algorithms to match students based on study preferences, goals, and academic strengths. Our platform includes tools to track progress, promote accountability, and provide real-time feedback. We ensure that all students, regardless of background, can find a supportive community and thrive academically. The idea for StudyBuddies came from my own experiences as a student. I’ve faced group assignments where I ended up without a group at all and failed, and I’ve seen others struggle and lose motivation because they felt lonely and unsupported. These experiences made it clear to me that there has to be a better way to create effective groups and academic communities. This became the driving force behind starting StudyBuddies.
