Working with a flat structure, every individual at Sybo Games is an expert within their domain. Every production method is kept agile: fail fast and then make things function. Because of regular team meetings, working hours are mandatory between 10-16, but you can come earlier or stay later within the controlled flexibility of the schedule. Sybo Games have monthly Friday bars and movie nights where they feature both awarded and more unorthodox B-films. The social scene is extensive and besides the obvious interest in gaming it also offers Artistic Nights with a creative focus as well as a running club.

Rope Robotics is the developer and producer of an automatic BR-8 robot to be used as a unique repair solution for leading edges on turbine blades. Wind turbine blades need to be repaired to maintain their high performance. With manual labor turbine blades can only be repaired 20% of the time during a year due to the fact that it requires technicians to climb up with support from ropes. Using our robot to do the repair and maintenance work in the heights, we are going to expand this repair window and to improve the working environment for the technicians. We have several robot pilots in the pipeline in various places around the world and have received major funding from the EU and Danish Government.
