Our product helps property portals, brokerages, and landlords to make listings easier to understand by showing exactly where each photo was taken within the property. Minimapper adds a small floor plan minimap with a viewing marker to listing photos, giving property seekers a clear spatial understanding of the spaces from the very beginning. Even though floor plans and photos are two of the most important assets in real estate marketing, today, this crucial connection is often missing from property listings. Interior photos can look attractive, but users often struggle to understand how the rooms connect, where a photo was taken, and how the property actually feels as a layout. According to a user survey by leading Finnish property portal Etuovi.com, 80 % struggle with spacial understanding without Minimapper, and two-thirds want to see Minimapper in listings, as it helps 87 % to understand the spaces easier.
