Mybanker A/S

Mybanker er en dansk virksomhed, der arbejder på at bygge bro mellem borger, samfund og banksektoren. Med vores service kan du gratis få tilbud fra flere banker i én ansøgning og vi har gjort det hurtigt og nemt at foretage bankskiftet, når vi har fundet det rigtige match til dig. I 20 år har vi oversat snørklede bankbegreber til let forståeligt sprog. Det fortsætter vi med. Vi vil nemlig gerne gøre danskerne endnu bedre til at forstå deres økonomi, så de kan investere deres penge rigtigt, få råd til den rigtige bolig, og tage styringen over deres finanser. Mybanker er en gratis service for brugerne. Vi bliver betalt af bankerne, hvis vi henviser en ny kunde. Alle banker betaler den samme pris, så Mybanker har ingen interesser i at anbefale én bank over en anden. Vi fremlægger blot mulighederne for dig som bruger og kun hvis vi finder en god løsning som du vælger, tjener vi penge. Det kalder vi en win-win. I 2022 fik Mybanker nye ejere. Mybanker blev købt af den norske mediekoncern Schibsted, som også ejer Lendo, DBA og Bilbasen. Herefter startede et samarbejde mellem Mybanker og Lendo om at give danskerne de bedste muligheder for at finde det bedste lån og bank, der matcher deres behov og ønsker. Mybanker er derved en del af Lendo Group og sammen arbejder begge virksomheder tæt sammen for at give alle deres kunder det bedste grundlag for at tage den bedste beslutning, når det kommer til boligfinansiering, lån, bankskifte, osv. I Mybanker har vi tilsammen hundredvis af års erfaring med finansbranchen. Derfor ser vi det som vores pligt at råbe vagt i gevær, når vi ser, at der er noget galt. Vi har fx givet vores besyv med, da politikerne behandlede aftalen om et ÅOP-loft på kviklån. Mybanker har en unik markedsposition, da vi både arbejder tæt med finanssektoren og vores brugere: Bankkunden. Det giver os et unikt perspektiv og datagrundlag, som vi benytter til at analysere på markedsmekanismerne og nuancere komplekse finansielle emner. Vi arbejder konstant med at skabe gennemsigtighed og simplificere det komplicerede ift. privatøkonomi og bliver ofte anvendt af de danske medier som ekspertkilde. Steerpath

Steerpath is a Finnish startup solving global challenge of optimising benefits of hybrid working for both employee and the company. Our hybrid workplace application helps employees & companies get maximum out of multi-location working. We have built a mobile app where employees can easily see when to visit the office or stay remote based on their favourite colleague work plans and available capacity of meeting rooms, it can guide you around a space if you are new to the space via indoor maps, and much more. For managers we provide analytics of what spaces are being used, so they can develop their spaces in an optimal way. We have also developed an internal venture under a different brand called Spacehub, which are small pods you can book for working in shopping centres and similar. Customers are typically larger companies from 1000+ employees, with majority Headquartered in Finland, but we also have customers in the UK and US. In the future we will be focusing on the Nordic market, because in the Nordic culture there is trend to focus more on employee satisfaction. Our solution is already used by some of the largest and most well known brands in the Nordics, such as Finlands largest commercial TV broadcaster MTV. Steerpath was founded in 2013 by Mikko, Tuomas and Sam, all sharing a long history with several decades of experience in all aspects of product development, Bluetooth and other wireless technologies. Our team has since grown to now 15 people of different background and nationalities. Our office is in Alberga Business Park next to Sello in Leppävaara, easy to reach with public transport (15 minutes from city centre), and we have a very nice setup with a small living room in the middle. We have been able to bring together different strengths to deliver a solution our customers love and we are very excited to bare witness to some of the innovations that have already come out from the collaboration. We are a very friendly group who enjoy hanging out and do things together, we also have small events, board games nights, summer party and more. We have a start-up environment in our small team, and support a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work partially remote. We do recommend people to come to the office at least 2 days per week, as you will work closely with other members of the company, and this is the best way to get to know your colleagues. The rest of the team prefer coming in most days, and we even have colleagues stopping by during their holidays to say hi to the team, borrow tools, and other things, and that really says it all.

Smart retailers have strong webshops and lots of tools and data to drive traffic and conversion. But most of their business is still conducted through their physical locations. Using our tools, the physical shops are able to communicate and adjust their customer experience to the individual. Using the existing payment cards and terminals, we recognize the customer and capture all relevant data as is the norm online. This unique information is used to design a better shopping experience in the physical space. Our customers are the well-known retail brands you know from shopping malls across Northern Europe and the malls themselves. Norway and the Nordics already lead the world in electronic payments and the use of mobile and SMS to enhance sales. Now, we are pushing this further by combining access to the existing infrastructure surrounding shopping and a digital mindset to build closer relationships between retailers, shopping venues and their customers. KUI Tech was founded 2018 to develop a solution to solve problems caused by excessive humidity in building structures. We have developed a SaaS, including a patent pending IoT sensor, which monitors structures predicts fore coming issues and provides actionable data to building owners. Excessive humidity causes losses to building owners calculated in billions of euros: loss of rental income, avoidable/unplanned repair costs, IAQ and health issues and unhappy tenants. With KUIVA the building owners can save money through whole building life cycle. We are looking for investors. 2/3 of company shares are for sale for co-founders interested in developing the company.
