Med hjälp av avancerade algoritmer baserade på forskning från LTH (Lunds universitet) analyserar mjukvaran byggnader genom kartdata, AI och energideklarationer för att identifiera de mest kostnadseffektiva renoveringsåtgärderna för att minska energiförbrukning och klimatpåverkan. Zerotudes mjukvara kringgår flaskhalsen. Istället för att kräva fysiska inspektioner skapar den korrekta renoveringsplaner digitalt, och identifierar exakt vilka renoveringar (tak, fönster, väggar, etc.) som kommer vara mest effektiva för varje specifik byggnad. Detta gör det möjligt för planerare att kartlägga renoveringsstrategier för hela städer, län och länder. Sedan lanseringen i augusti har Zerotude snabbt skalat upp till att analysera 5 000 byggnader som representerar 2% av alla svenska lägenheter. Med 8 fler företag som ansluter sig i oktober och aggressiva expansionsplaner siktar de på 20% av svenska lägenheter innan årets slut. Företaget har säkrat tre stora fastighetskunder, erhållit finansiering från Energimyndigheten och investerare inklusive Saminvest, och är positionerat för att skapa Sveriges första omfattande nationella renoveringsplan - direkt stödjande kommande lagstiftning kring implementationen av energiprestandadirektivet. Detta representerar en förskjutning från manuella, byggnad-för-byggnad-bedömningar till automatiserad, rikstäckande renoveringsintelligens.

AgriRobot is proving solutions for full autonomy for field robots, by developing safety solutions based on proven sensors and our own SW for obstacle detection. We want to provide a safety solution that allows the operator of the robot to leave the field without jeopardizing the safety of the robot. Affiliater is a digital marketing company, specialized in affiliate marketing. We help webshops increase revenue through affiliate marketing by advertising on our own and others' publishers digital traffic channels. In collaboration with the customer, we develop an affiliate strategy that fits the customer's markets, products and goals through several different channels. We are responsible for setting up, handling and executing the strategy. We work intensively to find the right publishers and networks that suit the company's target group, so we can create as many conversions as possible. We have a strong focus on optimization and are daily in close contact with our partner network. We also make use of our own tracking system, which through url tracking shows exactly which publisher has referred the consumer and how much sales they generated. The Publisher, is paid on the basis of an agreed percentage of the generated conversions. Our main focus is communicating with both sides of affiliate marketing: the webshop and the publishers. We strive to make the marketing business as transparent as possible by letting our customer know how much a sale costs.
