RiskFinder helps the companies that keep heat, water and power running stay ready when something goes wrong. Our customers are utilities and critical infrastructure operators. Every year they face more cyber threats, extreme weather, supply chain failures and new rules. Most of them already have emergency plans and risk assessments. But the information sits in long documents, spreadsheets and people's heads. That is exactly where it is useless in a real crisis. We turn it into something teams can use under pressure: clear action cards, live risk tracking, exercise planning, supplier and asset overviews, and the proof that they are ready. This is not a tool for auditors. It is for the person on shift when a plant goes down at 3am, who has to make the call and keep the city warm. Those are the high-stakes moments we build for. AnankeLabs

AnankeLabs is developing KAIROS Substrate, a real-time deterministic safety engine, to help organizations operating AI, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems solve structural exposure to novel, zero-day threats with a proactive physics engine that mathematically calculates exact breaking points before execution. We are tackling the fundamental failure of reactive, probabilistic defenses. Today, AI, cybersecurity, and robotics rely on known historical data—like threat signatures or mapped environments—to predict safety. This creates a permanent, widespread synchronization lag across modern infrastructure, leaving systems structurally exposed to novel, zero-day catastrophes and unpredictable "distribution shifts." This problem deeply affects operators across multiple high-stakes domains: AI Safety: Operators rely on post-generation statistical classifiers, forcing them to anticipate every adversarial path. This leaves systems highly exposed between vulnerability discovery and classifier updates. Cybersecurity: Current defenses depend on pattern-matching that requires a known signature. This creates a dangerous reality where defenders are forced to absorb the initial zero-day breach just to extract the signature needed to stop future attacks. Robotics: Systems use neural policies optimized for statistical averages. When encountering novel environments, they lack a physical safety substrate, resulting in hardware executing a "software hallucination at full mechanical torque" and causing kinetic collisions. AnankeLabs is creating an entirely new category of safety by shifting away from guessing if an action is safe based on past data, and moving toward a deterministic engine built on first principles. We built KAIROS Substrate, a real-time safety physics engine that acts as an automatic brake. Instead of relying on pattern-matching, it evaluates actions before execution, instantly detecting and blocking structurally unsound actions across AI, cyber, and robotics by calculating exact mathematical breaking points. Crucially, we made auditability a structural property of the engine itself. Because KAIROS is perfectly deterministic (identical inputs produce identical outputs at ε=10⁻⁶), it automatically generates an immutable, byte-identically replayable trace of every gate decision as a side effect. This eliminates subjective incident reporting and natively satisfies strict regulatory regimes like the EU AI Act, Machinery Regulation 2023/1230, DORA, and NIS2. The spark that fired our mission was the realization that relying on statistics to secure critical infrastructure is a dead-end. Watching security teams permanently synchronize their defenses to yesterday's attack surface highlighted an unacceptable structural flaw in modern technology. We saw the same unacceptable risks in autonomous systems, where a simple distribution shift could cause heavy machinery to hallucinate and collide with its environment. We realized that true safety couldn't be bolted on as an afterthought or solved with better guesswork; it had to be deterministic and mathematical. We set out to build AnankeLabs because organizations deserve a proactive safeguard that prevents failures from unseen threats from the ground up, rather than just mitigating the damage after the fact.

Buildright

Buildright is developing an AI intelligence layer for construction projects to help contractors and project teams solve invisible risk — by turning the data already generated on every project into actionable insights before problems become costs. The problem hiding in plain sight Construction is broken. 85% of large projects finish over budget. Rework accounts for 9% of total project cost. Delays cost $280bn annually in North America alone. The signals that predict these outcomes already exist — in meeting notes, deviation logs, change orders, and task lists. But no one sees them in time to act. Risk only becomes visible after it has already cost you. This affects every contractor, project manager, site foreman, and HSE officer on every project — in an industry that represents trillions in global economic activity. From raw data to the right decision Buildright connects the data already generated on construction projects and surfaces the right insight to the right person — at every level of the organisation. Project directors get cross-project risk visibility to see which projects need attention before they escalate. PMs, HSE managers, and quality leads get role-specific dashboards with the decisions they need to make, surfaced daily. Site crews get targeted microlearning triggered automatically when a risk pattern is detected — before the next shift starts. But we go beyond insights. Buildright also automates the everyday tasks that consume project teams — generating alerts when something needs attention, and producing artifacts like meeting packs, reports, and change-order traces automatically. The result is not just better visibility, but a meaningfully more efficient project team. We're live in production with AF Gruppen and Betonmast, two of Norway's largest contractors. 100,000+ deviations, tasks, and meeting notes analysed — with a confirmed 10x ROI from our pilots. Auxilium Infrastructure Partners develops, owns, and operates flexible energy assets that help stabilize the electricity grid while creating new revenue streams for industrial sites and asset owners. The electricity system is becoming increasingly volatile as more wind and solar power enter the grid. This creates a growing need for fast, reliable flexibility: assets that can consume, store, or release power when the grid needs support. Today, many industrial sites have unused grid capacity, heat demand, backup systems, or space for batteries, but lack the technical platform, market access, and operational expertise needed to turn that flexibility into revenue. Auxilium solves this by combining physical energy infrastructure with proprietary software. We deploy and operate assets such as battery energy storage systems, electric boilers, load banks, and other controllable loads. Our platform connects these assets to energy markets and ancillary service markets, allowing them to support grid stability, optimize power consumption, and generate income. We handle the full process from site assessment and technical design to installation, operation, market participation, monitoring, and optimization. This gives customers a simple way to monetize their grid connection or energy assets without needing to build their own trading, control, or compliance capabilities. Teton is a care empowerment platform for senior living and healthcare operators. We use an in-room sensor and application layer to continuously understand residents, staff activity, and the care environment, then translate those signals into action for frontline care teams. Senior care operations are under structural pressure. Chronic staffing shortages, rising resident acuity, and inconsistent observational data have left care teams flying blind between documented events. Most existing tools simply record what already happened, and that is no longer sufficient. When teams are stretched, they need earlier signal, faster response, and more consistent decision-making, not another retrospective report. Teton exists to close the decision gap between observation and action. The shift we are making is from a reactive model of documentation, isolated alerts, manual interpretation, and delayed intervention, to a proactive one built on earlier signal, workflow-aligned insight, and faster, more consistent action. Our direct user is the care team, and resident and family outcomes improve because staff decisions improve. What sets us apart is that we lead with outcomes and let the technology serve them, not the other way around. We provide continuous visibility that surfaces risk before situations escalate. We fit into existing care workflows without adding new steps. The Problem For diseases like cancer and Alzheimer's, the body releases early warning proteins into the bloodstream long before any clinical symptoms emerge. The problem is that these signals are so faint that today's blood tests simply cannot detect them. By the time a diagnosis is made, the disease has often already progressed to a stage where treatment options are limited and outcomes are far worse. Our Solution We've developed a breakthrough technology called Affinity-Mediated Transport (AMT) — think of it as bringing PCR-like amplification to proteins. Just as PCR revolutionized the detection of genetic material, our platform makes individual disease-signaling proteins visible from a standard blood sample, at sensitivities up to 1,000 times beyond what current gold-standard diagnostics can achieve. The technology originated at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, has been validated through EU breakthrough innovation funding, and is protected by granted patents in both the EU and the US.
