Nordic Data Resources AS

Nordic Data Resources is a leading online data provider, well established in all the Nordic markets after a successful market launch in Q4 2015. We have run more than 1000 campaigns with 100 media agencies in our first 18 months, which generated revenue of € 0,5 million in 2016. We have a monthly run rate of more than € 100 k, which will increase significantly moving forward, particularly when we have globally launched our data. 1) PRODUCT We have developed a scalable, full-reach consumer classification online audience data suite, available for any programmatic platform and digital channel. We specialize in geo-targeting and consumer classification data to reach the entire population. Our data provide a unique way of targeting audiences in a safe and reliable way, available for both buy-side and sell-side, as well as data exchanges and DMPs. Our revenue is driven by ad impressions using our data to target more effectively. We offer CPM based pricing model in the programmatic platforms, as well as a monthly fixed DMP agreement (recurring revenue model) 3) STRONG MARKET GROWTH / CUSTOMERS The data market is driven by the strong growth in the programmatic buying of ads on the internet, mobile, and soon TV. It’s the best-performing sector in the ad industry (40% growth in 2016). It is predicted that programmatic buying and selling will soon and completely take over the ad market. We have built a global distribution from day one with the leading data exchanges and programmatic trading platforms, so we have a very scalable business and revenue model. We have successfully launched our data in the Nordic markets and are now launched in Germany. Nordic Data Resources has an international "Go to Market" strategy where we plan to globally launch our data in the next 3-9 months. We are able to do this since we have a global audience data set and distribution partners, the key job is to make trading desks and media agencies aware of the existence and great value. Byggnader formar våra liv. Med byggnader som förbrukar 40% av total energi och producerar 25% av växthusgasutsläppen är denna transformation existentiell. Europa står inför en aldrig tidigare skådad utmaning: renovera 35 miljoner byggnader fram till 2030 för att bekämpa klimatförändringar och energifattigdom. Dock skulle traditionella metoder som kräver expertbesök för varje byggnad ta 40 år bara för planeringsfasen - vilket i praktiken innebär att det inte finns någon genomförbar plan alls för en av de mest samhällskritiska utmaningar av vår tid. Zerotude har utvecklat en banbrytande mjukvara som revolutionerar hur fastighetsbolag angriper energirenoveringar i stor skala. Kärnprodukten genererar omfattande, skräddarsydda renoveringsplaner omedelbart från inget annat än en byggnads adress. Med hjälp av avancerade algoritmer baserade på forskning från LTH (Lunds universitet) analyserar mjukvaran byggnader genom kartdata, AI och energideklarationer för att identifiera de mest kostnadseffektiva renoveringsåtgärderna för att minska energiförbrukning och klimatpåverkan. Zerotudes mjukvara kringgår flaskhalsen. Istället för att kräva fysiska inspektioner skapar den korrekta renoveringsplaner digitalt, och identifierar exakt vilka renoveringar (tak, fönster, väggar, etc.) som kommer vara mest effektiva för varje specifik byggnad. Detta gör det möjligt för planerare att kartlägga renoveringsstrategier för hela städer, län och länder. Sedan lanseringen i augusti har Zerotude snabbt skalat upp till att analysera 5 000 byggnader som representerar 2% av alla svenska lägenheter. Med 8 fler företag som ansluter sig i oktober och aggressiva expansionsplaner siktar de på 20% av svenska lägenheter innan årets slut. Företaget har säkrat tre stora fastighetskunder, erhållit finansiering från Energimyndigheten och investerare inklusive Saminvest, och är positionerat för att skapa Sveriges första omfattande nationella renoveringsplan - direkt stödjande kommande lagstiftning kring implementationen av energiprestandadirektivet. Detta representerar en förskjutning från manuella, byggnad-för-byggnad-bedömningar till automatiserad, rikstäckande renoveringsintelligens.

The clothing industry is currently standing as the worlds second most polluted industry, right under the oil-industry. It is estimated that around 85% of our clothes end up in landfills or burned according to calpirg.org. Comparing the CO2 emission of new clothes vs secondhand clothes, it is estimated by thredUP that new clothes has a 5,7 times higher CO2 emission. Our mission is to change that. We want to make secondhand the future mindset of clothing by attracting sellers and buyers to our marketplace where we have developed an automated system that makes it unbelievably easy for the seller to sell his/her clothes and for the buyer to easily filter through thousands of preowned clothing items as well as having a return-policy so the customer can always shop safely.
