Pinovo AS is a Norwegian scale up that has developed, patented, proven and commercialised surface maintenance technology that stops Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions. Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions are a large but little known problem that we estimate could be generating between 1.5m and 2.25m tonnes of ocean pollution each year (https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/09/how-to-reduce-microplastics-from-paint/). Really A Robot is an ambitious robotics startup aiming to help people and the planet with advanced technological solutions. We have developed a robot, named #NoFever that can scan a person’s Coronapass and temperature, detect face mask and assess whether it is worn correctly. It can automatically adjust to the user’s height, and most importantly, it is GDPR compliant. #NoFever can be placed at entrances of buildings or properties to ensure a more thorough visitor checking to limit the spread of COVID-19, completely automatically- without using manual labour.
