Vi hjälper även företagare över hela Norden att växa sina affärer med digitala marknadsföringstjänster och smarta verktyg! Fikset

Fikset bygger fremtidens digitale infrastruktur for håndværkerbranchen.

Yesper

Yesper is the AI civil engineer for construction and infrastructure. Construction and infrastructure teams lose enormous time to manual, document-heavy work — reading tenders, taking off quantities, checking deliverables against the rules. Yesper's AI agents read a project's documents, drawings and models, reason against the Swedish standards, regulations and contracts a project runs on (AMA, AB 04, PBL, Miljöbalken and more), and deliver whole pieces of engineering work: tender review, quantity takeoff from BIM/IFC and drawings, and compliance checks — each with page-level source citations. It integrates live Swedish authority data (Trafikverket, SGU, SMHI, Lantmäteriet), computes in code so the numbers hold, and stores data in the EU.

Momentum Spaces

Momentum Spaces is a small, exclusive coworking community for entrepreneurs, located right on Marselisborg Marina in Aarhus, Denmark – with sea views from the office and boats, cafés and restaurants as the nearest neighbours. THE SPACE We keep it deliberately small. Six fixed desks in a bright, open office – no hot-desking, no rotating crowd, just a permanent circle of people who know each other. Every member gets a height-adjustable desk with generous space around it, plus: - Sea views over Marselisborg Marina - 24/7 access – work when it suits you - Meeting room and lounge (members only) - Shared kitchen with fridge and dishwasher - Dedicated 1,000/1,000 Mbit fiber internet - Free parking right at the door - A few minutes from central Aarhus THE COMMUNITY The office is only half of what Momentum is. Our members are entrepreneurs – primarily under 35 – who each run their own business and use one another for honest sparring across industries: pricing, product, hiring, sales, and all the questions you otherwise sit with alone. It is a curated community that genuinely cheers for each other's success. And because great workdays are not only about work, we regularly get together outside the office – sauna sessions, padel matches and afterwork gatherings are a fixed part of the rhythm. WHO IT'S FOR Momentum is for people who run their own company – SaaS, e-commerce, creative businesses or something entirely different – and who miss having ambitious people around them in the everyday. If your workday gets better with energy, honest feedback and someone to celebrate the wins with, you will feel at home here. THE LOCATION Marselisborg Marina is one of the most inspiring settings in Aarhus: water and boat life outside the windows, harbour cafés and restaurants next door, and the calm of the waterfront – while still only minutes from the city centre. HOW TO JOIN Momentum is curated on purpose. We have a limited number of fixed desks, and new members join after an informal chat – what matters most is that you fit into the community and that we can help each other move forward. If you are building something ambitious and want colleagues who cheer for your success, come by for a visit. fbstats

ABOUT FBSTATS & THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE fbstats is a Swedish sport-tech startup aiming to revolutionize how floorball is analyzed, understood, and developed. Floorball is a massive sport, but when it comes to automated match statistics and deep video analysis, it is lagging far behind. Existing solutions on the market are either built for completely different sports or require expensive, fixed arena camera installations that are financially out of reach for the majority of clubs. This leaves coaches and managers at most levels with two bad options: guessing, or spending countless hours on manual, analog tagging of video files after games. It’s inefficient, expensive, and not scalable. We are changing that. WHERE ARE WE TODAY? We are in an extremely exciting early startup phase where the market need is clearly validated. Through our founders roots in the floorball community, we have unique insights into the actual everyday problems and needs of coaches. We are moving fast. We already have a strong, concrete interest from pilot teams who are ready to test the platform. We are currently incorporating the company (Aktiebolag) and have secured the initial funding. Most importantly: our AI engine is already proving itself, accurately tracking players and equipment in early test footage.

The PeopleFirst Standard™

The PeopleFirst Standard™ Psychological Safety. Measured. Proven. The Problem Psychological safety is now a legal obligation in 30+ countries. ISO 45003, Danish BEK 1406, the EU Framework Directive, UK HSE Management Standards, Canadian CSA Z1003, and Safe Work Australia all require organisations to assess and evidence psychosocial risk at work. None of them prescribe how. So organisations reach for what they have: engagement surveys. Likert scales that ask people how they feel. Global engagement sits at 21% despite billions spent annually on these tools. Regulators, boards, and insurers increasingly know the difference between an opinion score and a defensible evidence base. The organisations that can't tell the difference are accumulating liability. The measurement approach is broken. We're fixing it. The Solution The PeopleFirst Standard™ is the first independently certifiable standard for psychological health and safety at work. Not a survey. Not a wellness tool. A standard, built on the same logic as ISO 9001 for quality or B Corp for social responsibility. The platform delivers a 25-question scenario-based behavioural diagnostic across 5 dimensions, measuring what people actually do under pressure, not what they say when asked nicely. Results are mapped clause-by-clause to ISO 45003:2021, BEK nr. 1406/2020, EU Directive 89/391/EEC, CSA Z1003-13, HSE Management Standards, and Safe Work Australia Code of Practice simultaneously. Organisations achieving Level 3 or above on our 5-level maturity model earn the independently certifiable PeopleFirst Standard™ mark. Those below receive a full diagnostic report with prioritised, evidence-based recommendations. For Danish organisations, the assessment serves as a validated psychosocial supplement to the mandatory APV process, providing the evidence base that Arbejdstilsynet's own framework requires but does not supply. GDPR compliant by design: no PII collected, sessions destroyed on submission, 20-respondent anonymity floor. Advisory services delivered by a separate team, after the report is issued help organisations act on what they find. Why It Matters 136 independent studies confirm psychological safety predicts team learning, innovation, and performance. (Frazier et al., Personnel Psychology, 2017). Work-related stress costs Danish employers €1.17 billion annually. The conditions that produce these outcomes are measurable and improvable. Where We Are The platform is live at thepeoplefirststandard.com. Active pilot conversations are underway with major Danish employers. The team brings two decades of leadership across military, Ørsted, Novo Nordisk, and startups backed by advisors spanning occupational psychology, enterprise sales, and organisational safety. We are applying for Innofounder funding and building the team that takes this global.

Cobrief

Cobrief is one of Norway's fastest-growing SaaS companies. In under two years, more than 2,500 companies across Europe have adopted Cobrief. We use AI to automate public tendering, an industry that has stood almost still for decades. Today we work with some of Europe's largest tendering players, and much of our growth comes inbound. This market is being created right now, and we want someone on board who wants to win it. Demand for the product is higher than ever, and we're scaling further both in Norway and across Europe, with existing customers opening doors for us. To succeed, we need talented people on the team who want to help build something internationally unique from Norway. The team consists of serial founders, developers, and AI experts who have built Cobrief from zero to one of Norway's fastest-growing SaaS companies. We're small enough that everyone has real influence, and ambitious enough that what you do actually matters. At Cobrief, distribution is part of the product, so sales has the entire team behind it. Now we're looking for a Sales Representative to join us. Someone who wants to drive our sales engine from inbound to outbound, and who wants to help scale Cobrief from Norway to Europe.

Teton.ai

Teton is a care empowerment platform for senior living and healthcare operators. We use an in-room sensor and application layer to continuously understand residents, staff activity, and the care environment, then translate those signals into action for frontline care teams. Senior care operations are under structural pressure. Chronic staffing shortages, rising resident acuity, and inconsistent observational data have left care teams flying blind between documented events. Most existing tools simply record what already happened, and that is no longer sufficient. When teams are stretched, they need earlier signal, faster response, and more consistent decision-making, not another retrospective report. Teton exists to close the decision gap between observation and action. The shift we are making is from a reactive model of documentation, isolated alerts, manual interpretation, and delayed intervention, to a proactive one built on earlier signal, workflow-aligned insight, and faster, more consistent action. Our direct user is the care team, and resident and family outcomes improve because staff decisions improve. What sets us apart is that we lead with outcomes and let the technology serve them, not the other way around. We provide continuous visibility that surfaces risk before situations escalate. We fit into existing care workflows without adding new steps. We use longitudinal behavioral and health signals like movement, gait, sleep, and routine patterns to enable individualized, preventative care rather than one-size-fits-all responses. And we deliver community-level operational clarity from consistent in-room data, supporting accountability without resorting to surveillance or long-buffer video watching. Importantly, Teton is not a fall detection product, a single-event alerting system, or a retrospective dashboard. Those tools address fragments of the problem. We address the whole gap. The reason this matters is that when care teams can see risk sooner and act earlier, the impact compounds. Operators see stronger resident retention through more consistent and individualized care, lower incident-related costs by reducing preventable falls and hospitalizations, improved staffing efficiency by removing manual observation and rounding burden, and greater operational predictability across shifts, teams, and communities. Care quality stops depending on which staff member or which shift happens to be working. Our north star is simple: Teton empowers care teams to stay one step ahead, so operators can deliver better outcomes and run more predictable businesses. Stay Ahead. Care Ahead.

Outdoor Voyage

Outdoor Voyage is a platform that helps travelers discover, customize, and book adventure travel with fully verified local operators around the world. Instead of choosing rigid, pre-packaged tours, travelers can connect directly with trusted local guides, collaborate with friends, and design trips that match their interests, budget, and schedule. Outdoor Voyage was created by the team behind the award-winning adventure magazine Outdoor Journal, a group of journalists and explorers who spent years traveling the world documenting unique outdoor experiences and the people who make them possible. Through their work, they discovered that many of the best local adventure operators were difficult for travelers to find online, while travelers themselves struggled with fragmented trip planning across multiple platforms, emails, and booking systems. Outdoor Voyage was built to solve this problem. The platform brings inspiration, communication, customization, and booking into one place. Travelers can discover unique experiences, create a shared “Voyage” to organize their trip ideas, invite friends to plan together, chat directly with verified operators, customize the experience, and book with confidence. By connecting travelers directly with trusted local experts, Outdoor Voyage makes it easier to plan meaningful adventures while supporting local operators and guides who deliver authentic experiences on the ground. Our mission is to make adventure travel more accessible, collaborative, and personalized for explorers everywhere.

Vibelabs

We're builders who love teaching what we do. Vibelabs helps everyone become builders, teaching people with no coding experience how to build software and tools with AI. Nearly 1,000 people have gone through our programs, including teams from Telenor, OBOS, Mesta, and other leading Norwegian organizations. We partner with StartupLab to bring AI skills to corporate innovators and early-stage founders. But we don't just teach, we build. We launch our own ventures, and help founders, operators, and small teams turn ideas into real, scalable products. Combining AI-native workflows, rapid prototyping, and modern product thinking, we move fast without cutting corners. From early MVPs to production-ready platforms, we focus on execution, clarity, and momentum. The barrier to building software just dropped to near zero. Companies that get this will move faster. People who get this will have a massive edge. We're here to make sure as many as possible get there, practically, not theoretically.
