About the role

We're a MiCA-licensed company operating out of Copenhagen since 2014, providing fiat on/off ramp services and crypto payment.

We're looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to own the core operational processes that support both daily execution and the company's long-term financial stability. You'll sit at the intersection of treasury, transaction monitoring, and cross-functional operations, working across both fiat and cryptocurrency.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, based on-site at our Copenhagen office. If you like building structure where it's missing and spotting the inefficiency everyone else has stopped noticing, you'll do well here.

What you'll do

Treasury & liquidity management

• Manage treasury activities end-to-end across both fiat and cryptocurrency

• Monitor liquidity positions and ensure that operational accounts are sufficiently funded

• Lead liquidity and risk management activities, with a focus on minimising exposure to cryptocurrency price volatility

• Execute payment cycles in both fiat and cryptocurrency

• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to forecast short- and long-term cash and crypto flows

• Ensure the timely and accurate movement of funds across banks, partners, accounts, and platforms

Transaction monitoring & operational support

• Oversee transaction monitoring activities across fiat and cryptocurrency flows

• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimisation based on data and operational insights

• Coordinate information requests, issue resolution, and ongoing operational alignment with internal and external stakeholders

• Support the onboarding of new business partners, payment providers, and operational infrastructure

• Support OTC trading activities

• Support bank and liquidity reconciliations

Team & cross-functional collaboration

• Work closely with the Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Support teams on cases, investigations, and process improvements

• Support the Operations team with prioritisation, task coordination, and knowledge sharing

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, crypto operations, or a similar role

• Strong analytical and operational skills

• Ability to organise, plan, and prioritise complex tasks with a high level of attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders

• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

• High proficiency in spoken and written English

You might also have

• Experience with liquidity or risk management within fintech, financial services, or cryptocurrency

• Hands-on experience with fiat and cryptocurrency payment flows

• Familiarity with transaction monitoring tools or ML-driven fraud detection systems

• Previous experience working with banks, payment institutions, cryptocurrency exchanges, or market makers

• Experience with data analysis, data mining, or SQL

• A strong interest in blockchain technology and the crypto economy
