Senior Operations Analyst

Salary Competitive

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced analyst who can take full ownership of capacity planning and forecasting within our operations team, and who thrives on turning data into concrete actions close to the business.

You will hit the ground running from day one and become a key person in professionalising our operations setup.

Over time, the role has the potential to grow into a broader operations responsibility as the organisation scales.

What you will be working on

Capacity planning & forecasting

  • Own and develop our capacity planning model across all advisors and task types

  • Build robust forecasting models that support staffing decisions and resource allocation

  • Ensure we always have an up-to-date and reliable picture of capacity vs. demand

Analysis & insight

  • Analyse time usage, efficiency and SLA adherence across the operations team

  • Identify automation opportunities and quantify the potential of specific initiatives

  • Deliver ongoing reporting to the leadership team

Direct collaboration with operations

  • Work closely with the operations team to translate analyses into action

  • Be the data resource that makes it easier for operations to make good decisions

What you bring

  • 3-5 years in a comparable position

  • Strong analytical profile with experience in capacity planning, workforce management or operations analytics

  • Solid experience with SQL and data processing, preferably in Snowflake/DBT

  • Comfortable with forecasting methods and statistical modelling

  • Experience with BI tools. We use Lightdash.

  • Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • Self-driven and action-oriented. You do not wait to be led.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python for automation and modelling

  • Background from a company with seasonal fluctuations or variable demand

  • Experience building or optimising operational processes

What we offer

  • A role with real influence over how Skatteguiden scales its operations

  • Close collaboration with a strong data team and an engaged operations organisation

  • Opportunity to grow into a broader area of responsibility over time

  • Office-first culture in Copenhagen with a focus on professional sparring and community

Lean process

  • 20-minute "vibe check" online screening call with The Hub

  • 1-hour onsite case session with the hiring manager, a team member and product manager

  • 30-minute onsite meet & greet with the CEO and COO
