Volunteer Event Photographer
TechBBQ 2026
Location: Bella Center, Copenhagen, Denmark
Dates: 26–27 August 2026
Commitment: Approximately one 6-hour shift
Most people attend the event.
You capture the moment everyone remembers.
TechBBQ is looking for skilled photographers to join our official content team and document one of Northern Europe’s biggest startup gatherings.
You will capture the founders, investors, conversations, reactions, and unexpected moments that show what TechBBQ actually feels like.
Your Role
Capture candid moments across the event
Photograph founders, speakers, investors, partners, and attendees
Document stages, lounges, activations, and networking areas
Create strong images for TechBBQ’s social media, website, campaigns, and future event promotion
Coordinate with the TechBBQ content team during your shift
Deliver your selected images within the agreed deadline
We are not looking for basic event coverage.
We are looking for people who can spot the story inside the room.
You should have:
A strong photography portfolio
Your own professional or semi-professional camera equipment
Confidence working in busy, fast-moving environments
A good eye for people, emotion, composition, and detail
Reliability and clear communication
Availability on 26 or 27 August
Experience covering conferences, concerts, festivals, or large events is a strong advantage.
