I am looking for our third and final co-founder at SwayQ.
SwayQ is building a Nordic creator campaign marketplace, helping brands work with relevant creators for UGC and influencer campaigns — without agency overhead, unclear pricing and heavy coordination.
We are not in the idea phase.
We already have our first paying customers, a significant part of the platform is built, we have strong mentor and accelerator support around us, and we are now entering a phase of commercial acceleration.
Today, we are two founders:
I drive commercial strategy, sales, GTM, partnerships, fundraising and company-building.
Janusch drives product, platform, engineering and technical development.
Now we are looking for the third founder:
Someone who can take ownership of operations, campaign delivery, creator coordination, marketing, brand and operating systems.
In practice, this is a COO/co-founder role — but in an early-stage startup, that does not mean managing from a distance. It means hands on the stove.
You need to be ready to:
Run campaigns from brief to delivery
Coordinate with brands and creators
Build processes, trackers, templates and operating rhythm
Help shape marketing, brand, content and case studies
Take responsibility without waiting for perfect structure
Become a real co-founder, not an advisor
For the right person, we are open to around 20% equity, structured with cliff and vesting, so it is fair and professional for everyone. Salary is not guaranteed from day one, but there may be a path to salary as revenue or funding develops.
This is not for everyone.
It is for someone who wants to join early, take real risk, build something concrete and become co-owner of the operating engine that should make SwayQ the easiest way for Nordic brands to buy creator campaigns.
