About the role

We are looking for a senior software engineer who wants to play a central role in shaping both product and technology.

You will work directly with our tech lead and closely with the founders. This is not a role where you are one contributor among many. It is a role with real responsibility for how things are scoped, built, and shipped.

In practice, that means leading the day-to-day development of key parts of the system, owning important features and client-facing projects, and helping ensure that what we build is both technically strong and delivers real value.

We are looking for someone who can navigate complexity without losing control, understands the trade-offs behind technical decisions, and is able to scope and prioritise work effectively.

The work spans backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and product features, including AI-driven functionality, and requires someone who is comfortable operating across the stack when needed.

We are a fast moving company. AI-driven development is a must.

About you

You are an experienced engineer who cares about building things properly, but also understands how to move fast when it matters.

You love software development and are open to AI-assisted development as part of your workflow.

You have experience building and shipping real systems in production, and you have owned meaningful parts of a product before. You are comfortable making technical decisions, driving projects forward independently, and balancing long-term architecture with short-term business needs.

You enjoy working in a small, high-performance team where expectations are high and where your work has visible impact. You take responsibility not only for your own code, but for the outcome.

Experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, and React is expected. Familiarity with databases, API design, and secure multi-tenant systems is important.

You are fluent in English or Danish and able to work hybrid from our Copenhagen office.
