Join TechBBQ as a long-term volunteer and work directly alongside our Chief Projects & Strategy Officer!

We are currently looking for a motivated individual who can contribute from Day-1.

Your Role

As Project Assistant to the Chief Projects & Strategy Officer, you will play a key role in supporting one of TechBBQ’s most central functions. You will help keep initiatives on track, ensure stakeholders stay informed, and support the execution of strategic priorities - including partnership development and external relations.

This role is ideal for someone who is sharp, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Your Tasks May Include

• Track initiatives and follow up on action items

• Coordinate communication across teams and stakeholders

• Prepare materials, summaries, and updates

• Support outreach and partner engagement

• Organize meetings and key activities

• Conduct research for strategic projects

• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Is fluent in Danish (essential) with a good command of English — both written and spoken

• Has experience in project management

• Is structured, organized, and detail-oriented

• Is proactive, curious, and motivated and enjoys taking initiative

• Has a genuine interest in entrepreneurship, tech, and innovation
