Within the Nordic startup ecosystem, TechBBQ has been forging collaborations and sparking conversations since 2013 between startups and entrepreneurs to meet innovative and groundbreaking startups in the tech ecosystem, discuss the latest trends, network in a cosy and vibrant atmosphere and get inspired by trendsetting speakers.

Following the success of our 2024 debut and a massive second edition in 2025, the Nordic India Startup Summit is back for its third year! We are looking for passionate volunteers to help us scale this bridge even further during TechBBQ in August 2026.

Be at the heart of the action as we showcase the best of the Indian and Nordic ecosystems. This is your chance to network with global founders, support groundbreaking startups, and play a key role in one of Copenhagen’s most exciting cross-border events.

Your Role
As a volunteer at TechBBQ, you will be part of a dynamic team contributing to various aspects of the event and its preparations.

Your Tasks May Include:

• Managing and inspiring ‘’event day volunteers’’ - creating memorable experiences for all involved.

• Overseeing team leaders and their responsibilities, ensuring that everyone is on track.

• Assisting with event planning and coordination.

• Helping with stakeholder management.

• Assisting with sponsorships and outreach.

• Providing on-site event support during the summit.

• Assisting with cross team collaboration and communication.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Is motivated and eager to learn,

• Works in a structured & organized manner,

• Is a self starter / has a doer mentality

• Is able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time,,

• Is a team player,

• Has a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation,
