At Reduced, we transform overlooked raw materials into sustainable flavor solutions. Backed by Novo Holdings, we are moving from a proven concept into an exciting scale‑up phase — and building the supply chain that will support long‑term, responsible growth.
We’re looking for a strategic, proactive, and holistic Head of Supply Chain with solid experience in food, sustainability, or FMCG. This role is ideal for someone who balances long‑term thinking with practical execution and enjoys creating clarity, strengthening operations, and developing teams and systems that work well together.
Reporting to our COO, you will take a broad view of the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring alignment between R&D, commercial goals, sourcing, production, and logistics.
You’ll help shape the operational foundation that allows Reduced to scale reliably — while building strong collaboration across the organization.
Strategic planning & alignment
Lead the 24‑month S&OP process, ensuring capacity, demand, and supply are aligned in a stable long‑term plan.
Develop a long‑term sourcing strategy for raw materials and side streams that supports sustainable and scalable growth.
Product lifecycle & governance
Oversee phase‑in / phase‑out planning for products and raw materials.
Lead the Product Management Group (PMG) to ensure structured product changes, sourcing transitions, and cost improvements.
Operational backbone & process development
Lead the development of the company’s operational backbone, including ERP, master data governance, S&OP routines, inventory processes, and logistics flows.
Strengthen and harmonize processes to create consistency, transparency, and scalable operations.
Ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution across orders, logistics, and production planning.
Partner & ecosystem collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturers (CMOs) and guide cross‑functional scale‑up initiatives.
Ensure the supply network is aligned, informed, and ready for growth.
Performance & continuous improvement
Support improvements in logistics costs, service levels, and inventory health with a long‑term, balanced perspective.
Implement governance and ways of working that strengthen coordination and enable predictable operations.
Team development & culture
Hire, mentor, and support a growing team of specialists.
Create clarity in roles and expectations while encouraging autonomy and shared responsibility.
Foster a culture grounded in collaboration, openness, and system‑level thinking.
7+ years of experience in supply chain, ideally within food, biotech, or FMCG.
Experience developing teams and structures in scaling or fast‑changing environments.
Strong capability in S&OP, supply chain planning, and operational governance.
Someone who sees patterns, connects functions, and communicates clearly.
You combine hands‑on operational drive with a strong helicopter view, moving comfortably between detailed execution and high‑level strategic direction.
A balanced, structured thinker who brings direction without rigidity.
Master’s degree in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
Contribute to a mission‑driven company reshaping the food system with sustainability at its core.
Shape both the supply chain strategy and the team at a pivotal stage of growth.
Join a company expanding across Europe with strong, long‑term investor backing.
Work with an ambitious, supportive, and collaborative team based in Copenhagen.
