We build focused, production-ready AI solutions for professional services firms and larger enterprises.
We tackle the hard problems enterprises actually need solved:
Processing complex documents
Navigating compliance requirements
Delivering results organisations stake their operations on
We’re a small team with backgrounds in tech and consulting, based in Christianshavn, Copenhagen (right next to the canals).
We’re early-stage, growing organically with strong traction, and building something that works.
We’re always pushing the boundaries of how we use AI - both internally and for our clients. That means we don’t just deliver AI solutions; we continuously evolve our own AI delivery framework to ship faster and better with every project.
We’re looking for a technically strong AI Engineer who has 1–3 years of industry experience. You’ve already built things that matter. Consulting experience is a strong plus.
You can code, you like shipping products, and you enjoy taking on responsibility.
You’ll be client-facing from day one: joining customer projects, running workshops, supporting delivery, and occasionally helping with pre-sales.
We describe this as “deep tech, not deep basement” - you’re a strong builder who can also explain what you’re building and why it matters.
Build AI systems that reason over complex documents, orchestrate multi-step workflows, and make enterprise operations faster and smarter - using frontier LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, and vector databases
Deploy and maintain systems on customer infrastructure with enterprise-grade fundamentals: security, scalability, CI/CD in Azure DevOps, observability with LangFuse
Work with state-of-the-art AI tooling: Claude Code, Cursor, Conductor for parallel agent orchestration
Build and improve our internal AI delivery framework, the systems and practices that make every project faster and better than the last
Ship frontend experiences in React and write production code in Python and TypeScript
Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform on Azure
Join customer workshops, delivery sprints, and project meetings - you’re part of the team the client sees
Support pre-sales when needed: scoping, demos, technical credibility
Work with modern engineering practices that keep quality high and iteration fast
Take real ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
This is not a research role. It’s applied engineering: build, deploy, improve.
1-3 years of hands-on experience (internships, consulting engagements, or side projects that shipped)
Strong Python skills
Working knowledge of Azure (Portal, AI Foundry), Azure DevOps, and AZ CLI
Familiarity with prompt & context engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases
Comfort with React (or similar) for frontend work
Experience with, or eagerness to adopt, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Clear communication - written and spoken - with both technical and non-technical audiences
High ownership from day one. Small team, real responsibility, direct impact
Build your career as an applied AI engineer. Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems that transform how enterprise clients work
Learn from a very experienced team. Work closely with founders with deep backgrounds in tech and consulting
Shape how AI projects are delivered. Help evolve our internal AI delivery framework - the engine behind our speed and quality
Cutting-edge tooling. We invest in the best AI tools and engineering practices
Growth based on results. We care about what you deliver and how fast you learn, not your CV
Great location. Office in the heart of Christianshavn, Copenhagen - close to the Metro and the canals for a weekly swim.
Flexible hours, strong in-office culture. We prefer being together most days (sometimes at customer sites). WFH is possible, but not the default
Start date: As agreed (preferably as soon as possible)
Employment: Full-time preferred. Part-time possible for the right candidate
To keep the process relevant (for you and for us), we prefer applications that include real work.
Please include:
Link to your GitHub (or similar) - ideally with something we can review
A short note: what you built, what you owned, and what you learned
Optional (highly encouraged):
A 60–90 sec video (Loom is fine) where you introduce yourself and walk through a project you’re proud of or
A short write-up / demo link of a solution you built (repo, deployed app, notebook, blog post)
Apply via The Hub.
