Team & role overview
As our new Head of Sales - Norway you will become part og our Commercial Department, and you will be responsible for:
Driving B2B new business sales in the Norwegian market, with full focus on acquiring and closing new enterprise webshops and large e-commerce brands
Recruiting, onboarding, and leading the Norwegian B2B sales team, setting clear performance expectations and ensuring strong execution
Building and managing a robust outbound sales engine, including prospecting, pipeline development, negotiations, and deal closing
Delivering against defined revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven sales execution
Establishing scalable sales processes to support consistent growth and repeatable success
Collaborating closely with Customer Success and internal stakeholders to ensure structured handover, strong onboarding, and successful activation of new B2B partners
What we’re looking for 🌟
We imagine that you have:
Proven experience with new business sales in the Norwegian market
Experience building and scaling a sales team from scratch
Experience selling to larger companies, enterprise clients, and key accounts
Leadership experience including recruitment, training, and performance management
A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth
A data-driven approach to sales, pipeline management, and forecasting
The ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to iterate and improve
Moreover, we expect you to be:
Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken
A strong hunter profile with a focus on outbound sales and closing new deals
