Are you excited about fashion, purpose, and building something meaningful from the ground up? Then you might be the Events Manager we’re looking for at REIGN OF GAIA.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves taking initiative, and wants hands on experience in brand building, partnerships, and event strategy within a purpose driven fashion start up.
REIGN OF GAIA is a digital fashion brand created by and for women. We’re on a mission to empower women to feel confident, authentic, and strong. We design timeless, well-fitting shirts that last and we believe in honest branding, community, and sustainable growth. As our Events Manager, you will:
Conceptualise, plan, and execute brand events (panels, pop-ups, networking events, launches)
Lead and host REIGN OF GAIA events with confidence and professionalism
Develop corporate event partnerships and collaborations
Identify and reach out to potential venues, speakers, and partners
Manage event logistics including budgeting, timelines, guest lists, and coordination
Ensure every event reflects our brand identity and storytelling
Support PR and visibility around events together with the SoMe team
Build long term relationships with partners and community members
Measure event success and suggest improvements for future activations
Confident, structured, and naturally comfortable hosting
A strong communicator who can represent the brand professionally
Entrepreneurial and not afraid to take ownership
Excited about fashion, empowerment, and sustainability
Able to contribute 5–10 hours per week
Experienced with events or community building (a plus, not a requirement)
Fluent in English (our brand language)
A chance to lead and build the event strategy of a growing fashion brand
Real ownership and decision making power
Access to a strong network of ambitious young professionals and mentors
A creative playground where your ideas can turn into reality
A salary. This is currently an unpaid position. As we grow and reach milestones, we aim to introduce compensation.
As soon as possible – we’re ready to build.
Send your CV and a brief cover letter telling why you would be a good fit or how your previous experience has prepared you for this role. We interview on a rolling basis and close applications on March 27, 2026.
