Are you passionate about storytelling, digital communities, and bringing brands to life online and at events?
Do you love creating visual content, shaping narratives, and connecting with audiences through social media? Are you excited about fashion, purpose, and building something meaningful from the ground up?
Then you might be the Social Media Coordinator we’re looking for at REIGN OF GAIA!
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on SoMe Coordinator to strengthen our digital presence and help tell the REIGN OF GAIA story across platforms. You’ll play a key role in crafting engaging content, managing our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and growing an authentic community around fashion, empowerment, and sustainability.
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to build practical experience in digital branding, communication, and community management – and who wants to grow with a purpose-driven fashion start-up.
REIGN OF GAIA is a digital fashion brand created by and for women. We’re on a mission to empower women to feel confident, authentic, and strong. We design timeless, well-fitting shirts that last – and we believe in honest branding, community, and sustainable growth.
Born at Copenhagen Business School and rooted in a strong mission, we’re now building a growing team of changemakers who want to create something different.
As our SoMe Coordinator you will:
Create engaging and consistent content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Plan and execute SoMe campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement
Curate visuals, write captions, and manage our content calendar in close collaboration with the CMO
Monitor trends and insights to keep our content fresh and relevant
Engage with our community online – reply to comments, DMs, and mentions to build strong relationships
Support collaborations and influencer partnerships, ensuring brand alignment and storytelling consistency
Contribute to creative ideas for photoshoots, product launches, and digital campaigns
Have a good head for numbers and be able to track engagement and interpret insights
Energetic, hands-on, and eager to learn by doing
Naturally good at organizing, communicating, and making things happen
Curious about branding, community-building, and the fashion world
Excited about building something meaningful and sustainable
Able to contribute 5-10hrs per week
Experience with events is a plus, but not a requirement
Fluent in English. English is our brand language so you will need to be confident writing posts and content in English
A chance to lead and grow the SoMe side of a fashion brand
Equity and co-ownership in the company (we believe in shared ownership)
Access to a supportive network of young professionals and industry mentors
A creative playground for learning and experimenting
A salary. This is an unpaid position, however as we grow over time and hit certain targets we aim to change this.
As soon as possible – we’re ready to get going!
Apply by sending your CV and a brief cover letter about why you are a good fit for this position. We are having interviews on a rolling basis and close for applications on March 27 2026.
