Kleen Hub builds Tap & Reuse™, a frictionless reuse system that makes reusables work at scale - no app, no deposit, just tap and go. We’re rolling out our new hardware stack and need someone to work closely with our CTO who can support our core product and integrations.
Assemble and configure Mini Magic Counter kits
Run checklists + QA tests before deployment (connectivity, boot stability, peripheral checks)
Prepare plug-and-play shipments (kitting, labelling, packaging, documentation)
Maintain inventory + BOM tracking (what’s in stock, what’s missing, reorder alerts)
Create and improve simple SOPs (build guide, troubleshooting steps, “known issues” log)
Support occasional field deployments (optional, but great if you’re up for it)
Enjoy hands-on work and have a structured mindset (checklists, repeatability, reliability)
Have basic familiarity with hardware tinkering or electronics projects
Are comfortable troubleshooting simple issues (cables, power, Wi-Fi, peripherals)
Communicate clearly and document what you do
Can work from our office when assembly is needed
Experience with QA processes, electronics assembly, or lab/technical operations
Light coding skills (Python/bash) for automation/testing
Interest in embedded systems / IoT
Real responsibility and direct collaboration with the CTO
Fast learning curve in a system that sits between hardware + software + operations
Strong ownership opportunity (this role can evolve into a part-time student job or junior role)
