Coinify is looking for a versatile and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Copenhagen. This is a dynamic role designed for someone who enjoys managing the entire customer journey and wants to take a central role in our company’s expansion.
We are looking for a candidate who has built a strong foundation in proactive outbound sales and prospect qualification (SDR) and is ready to evolve into a full-cycle sales professional. In this role, you won't just be passing leads along; you will be the primary point of contact from the first introduction to the final activation. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career within the fintech space, offering a clear path for professional development as our team scales.
Pipeline Generation: Leverage your SDR roots to identify, cold-outreach, and qualify high-value leads.
Strategic Prospecting: Conduct targeted research on potential clients and qualify leads to ensure a healthy, high-conversion sales pipeline.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage opportunities end-to-end—from the first touchpoint and technical discovery to the final handshake and activation.
Relationship Excellence: Act as the strategic bridge between Sales and Customer Success, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and setting the foundation for long-term retention.
2–3 Years of Experience: A proven track record in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or account management.
SDR Mastery: You possess a "hunter" mindset. You are disciplined with LinkedIn, cold calling, and email sequencing, and you view prospecting as a craft.
Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Familiarity with sales CRM and intelligence tools is essential. Direct experience with HubSpot and Apollo is advantageous but if you have experience with similar platforms, those skills are highly interchangeable.
Ambition: You are looking for a role where you can "grow up" with the company, taking on more responsibility as you hit and exceed your targets.
Communication: Fluent in English (additional languages are a massive plus in the global crypto market).
Fintech or Crypto Experience: Familiarity with blockchain technology or digital payments will help you get a head start.
Technical Interest: A comfort level discussing how our products integrate with client systems (APIs, etc.)
