The short version

Pharma companies spend precious time getting content approved. Reviewers check every claim against clinical data, product labels, and dozens of regulatory codes. It's slow, manual, and the knowledge lives in people's heads or buried in SOPs. We're fixing that with AI. It's working. Lundbeck, Amgen, AstraZeneca, BMS, Gilead, and others use Copli today.

What we need

Someone who lives and breathes LLMs - and has seen what AI tools have done for programming and wants to bring that same shift to other professions. You'll work alongside compliance experts, product, engineering, and customer success to make our agents even greater - not demo great, production great.

Your job

• Dig through traces to understand why the agent did what it did

• Build tooling so we can improve our internal workflows

• Turn customer feedback into a better product

• Ship improvements daily, not quarterly

You should be

• Obsessive about AI performance (evals, edge cases, etc.)

• Able to build internal tools fast

• Comfortable not knowing pharma - you'll learn as long as you have aptitude

• Someone who treats user feedback like gold

You shouldn't be

• Wanting a clearly laid out, slowly evolving job function

• Needing full specs before you start building

Stack: Python. TypeScript and React are a plus.
