Kleen Hub is building the Tap & Reuse™, an app-less, deposit-less system that makes reusable packaging work at scale for venues and operators.
We’re looking for a hands-on B2B seller (3–5 years) who can close early lighthouse deals and help us build a predictable sales engine (process, playbooks, metrics, case studies). We’re already living in closed environments and scaling pilots/rollouts in the UK and beyond.
Own deals end-to-end: outreach → discovery → demo → stakeholder map → proposal → negotiation → close
Sell into multi-stakeholder environments (Ops, Sustainability, Finance, IT, Procurement)
Build repeatable process: qualification, CRM hygiene, forecasting, mutual action plans
Turn wins into proof
Work closely with the founders in Copenhagen (FinTech Lab)
3–5 years B2B sales experience (closing preferred)
Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and high ownership
Strong at driving next steps across many stakeholders
Data-minded: you track conversion rates and learn fast
Base salary + uncapped commission + accelerators
Meaningful warrants + a clear path to larger ownership as responsibility grows (e.g., Head of Sales track)
