Canteen & Guest Experience Host 

About the role:  noon is looking for a welcoming, energetic, and responsible ‘Canteen & Guest Experience Host’ to run the daily canteen operations at an office space in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. The food is delivered ready-made each day, so the role is focused on hospitality, overview, and ensuring high-quality execution. 

The position has one clear focus: to take ownership of the canteen in day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for lunch, breakfast, and meeting catering – including setup, clearing, ongoing replenishment, and quality control, ensuring that the canteen is experienced as a central and valued part of employees’ daily work life. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Overall responsibility for the canteen, including preparation, setup, and service of lunch 

• Ongoing replenishment, cleanliness, and strong visual presentation 

• Ensuring a high-quality and welcoming canteen experience 

• Preparing and setting up meeting catering as needed 

• Taking ownership of details and supporting the daily flow of the office 

• Contributing ideas for the development and optimisation of the canteen concept 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Have experience from the restaurant industry, canteens, or hospitality (an advantage, but not a requirement) 

• Thrive with responsibility, quality, and attention to detail, and naturally take ownership 

• Are service-minded, structured, and able to work independently 

• Speak Danish and English (an advantage)

The position: 

• Full-time – 37 hours per week 

• Monday–Friday between 07:00–15:00 

• Start date as soon as possible
