As our new Commercial CRM & Analytics Manager, you will become part of our Commercial team, and you will be responsible for owning and evolving our CRM and analytics foundation that supports sales, partnerships, and customer retention. You’ll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and commercial teams to turn data into insights that improve execution, decision-making, and long-term customer value.
This is a hands-on role with real commercial impact — where CRM, analytics, and business understanding come together.
Own the CRM as the single source of truth for all commercial activities, including sales, partnerships, renewals, and retention
Design, maintain, and optimise CRM data structures to support sales pipelines, partner performance, and customer lifecycle insights
Ensure high data quality, consistency, and governance across commercial teams
Translate commercial needs into CRM workflows, automations, and logic
Build and support dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights on sales performance, partner contribution, retention, and churn
Support the CCO and commercial leadership with decision-ready insights for forecasting and performance tracking
Enable sales, partnership, and retention teams with better visibility, prioritisation, and follow-up through CRM and analytics
Structure customer data to surface risk signals and growth opportunities and support proactive customer management
We imagine that you have:
3–6+ years of experience working with CRM, analytics, or similar commercial roles
Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems primarily working with HubSpot
Experience enabling dashboards, reports, and KPIs that support decision-making
A solid understanding of sales cycles, partnerships, and retention dynamics
The right person has the ability to strategically work hands-on with data and systems together with different stakeholders across our organisation. We see that you have the ability to communicate commercial insights (data) and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In order to succeed in this role you approach your work with a collaborative mindset, have attention to detail and are willing to iterate and improve our commercial system/processes.

We collaborate in a flexible hybrid setup, with most of our magic happening at our bright, modern office in Østerbro — perfectly placed between Nordhavn and Østerport Station. We’re ready for you to join us as soon as you are.
This position is full-time (37 hours) and located in our commercial team reporting directly to our new CCO. Our commercial team is right now implementing our new CRM system Hubspot and we see its key that this person joins as soon as possible to help to finalise and optimise. The start-date of this position is of course depending on individual negotiation and notice period.
