Growing as fast as we do in Veo means that every day is different, exciting, and challenging, both on the front line and in the back office.
But that’s not the most remarkable thing about us.
The coolest thing is our people. We’ve attracted some of the brightest minds in the industry. They are the reason we can create a great product and do it while enjoying ourselves.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Salesforce Admin to serve as the primary Salesforce owner for our organization. Your core responsibility is to keep Salesforce ready, reliable, and easy to use for Sales. You’ll translate real, often urgent, business needs into practical Salesforce solutions that help teams sell, forecast, and serve customers more effectively.
If Sales needs it to work in Salesforce, you're the one making it happen.
You’ll also collaborate closely with the Builders team, who own Salesforce’s deeper technical foundations and all integrations between Salesforce and our product. When changes involve reading from or writing to production systems, introducing new integration points, or impacting core data models, you’ll partner with Builders to design and deliver the right solution together. Your role is to ensure Salesforce reflects real revenue workflows; Builders ensure those changes are safely and correctly integrated into our broader platform.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to:
- Keep Salesforce clean and trustworthy
- Adapt flows, fields, automations, and reports as the sales motion evolves
- Remove friction from day-to-day work for sales and account teams
What You Will Do:
- Own Salesforce, including day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvements.
- Translate business decisions and workflows into Salesforce setup (objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, automation, permissions, reports, dashboards).
- Build and maintain automation (primarily using Flows) that reduces manual work and ensures data consistency.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions when necessary, and develop solutions that people will actually use.
- Enhance data quality through clear rules, thorough documentation, and effective governance.
- Support releases and changes: testing, training, communication, and rollout plans.
- Troubleshoot user issues, remove friction, and raise the overall Salesforce skill level across the Revenue org.
- Coordinate closely with the Salesforce team in the Builders team on requests that impact integrations, product data synchronization, and technical changes.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams or external partners when work requires development support beyond admin configuration.
What You Could Bring:
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin in a Sales Cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: data model, standard objects and relationships (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities), fields, page layouts, profiles and permission sets, sharing, reporting.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical technical implementation in Salesforce.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach across Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and technical teams.
- A structured way of working: you document decisions, keep stakeholders informed, and execute with ownership.
- A can-do attitude and a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
Required:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
