We are seeking an experienced, proactive HR Generalist with a flair for strategy alignment to join our team. The successful candidate will partner with management and employees across the organisation to deliver practical HR solutions, align people practices to business strategy, and drive a positive employee experience. This role requires a balance of hands-on HR delivery and strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and strong commercial awareness.
Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, performance management, employee relations, absence management and contractual matters.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating organisational strategy into people initiatives and workforce planning.
Lead and support recruitment activities to attract diverse talent: job adverts, screening, interviewing, onboarding and induction.
Develop and implement people policies and HR processes that promote fairness, compliance and operational efficiency.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys and action plans to improve workplace culture and retention.
Support performance review cycles, career conversations and reward calibration to ensure pay equity and alignment with market practice.
Analyse HR metrics and produce management information to identify trends, inform strategic decisions and measure HR impact.
Ensure HR compliance with employment law and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives across people processes and the employee lifecycle.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a medium to large organisation, preferably within a fast-paced or matrix environment.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align HR interventions with organisational objectives.
Some knowledge of Danish & EU employment law and best practice HR processes.
Skilled at employee relations and conflict resolution, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management
Proficient with HRIS systems and MS Office; confident working with HR data and metrics to drive decisions.
High emotional intelligence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Self-starter who is organised, adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Relevant degree within HR or Business administration. Any additional certification will be a plus.
Experience of aligning HR strategy to business goals and delivering measurable people outcomes.
Experience of implementing HR systems or leading process improvements is advantageous.
