We are seeking a driven, hands-on Quality professional for a part-time role in a modern, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. You will help strengthen our quality efforts and shape a practical, efficient food safety system. Based in R&D, the role collaborates closely across the company—especially with Operations—and plays a key part in developing documentation, assessing risks, and preparing us for FSSC 22000 certification.
This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, writing clear procedures, and working cross-functionally to bring systems to life.
Support the systematic development and expansion of our food safety management system.
Lead the writing and refinement of SOPs and ensure procedures are implemented and followed across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D.
Contribute to achieving and maintaining FSSC 22000 certification.
Project-manage quality initiatives, including assessing quality levels and driving mitigating actions.
Assist with risk assessments and ensure non-conformities are captured and resolved efficiently.

Proven background in food safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP).
Experience in production or R&D.
Strong ability to write clear procedures and organize documentation.
Efficient and pragmatic approach.
Regulatory insight is a plus.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in food safety/QA within fermentation or savoury ingredient production.
Strong knowledge of GFSI standards.
Relevant master’s degree.
Valid work permit for Denmark.
Time: Part-time (50% / ~18.5 hrs/week)
Reporting to: Head of R&D, with daily collaboration with the Quality Lead
Location: On-site in Copenhagen—Frederiksberg (R&D) and Nordhavn (Main office)
