Amitylux is a boutique Travel Management Company (TMC) and multi-award-winning sightseeing tour agency, operating across the Nordics and the UK. We craft exceptional private tours, concierge services, and bespoke travel experiences for individuals, families, groups, and companies.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and uphold the high standards that define Amitylux.

Stakeholder management — confident handling partners, clients, and internal coordination.

Digital skills — strong in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general digital tools.

Independent & self-motivated — comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow.
Creative writing ability — able to support communication and light marketing tasks.
Operations & Administration
Manage daily communication (email & phone).
Coordinate and organise tours, bookings, and schedules.
Support daily operational tasks and logistics.
Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation.
Manage business tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, travel systems).
Handle booking arrangements and client itineraries.
Sales & Client Support
Manage schedules, reports, and sales documentation.
Answer sales and customer inquiries with high-quality service.
Provide pre- and post-sales support.
Coordinate internal and external communication.
Prepare quotes, discover new sales opportunities, and support lead generation.
Conduct market research and share insights.
Assist with marketing activities as needed.
Support ad hoc tasks when required.
Part-time remote position (approx. 2-3 days per week).
Weekend availability is essential.
Additional hours/days available during colleague holiday cover and the summer peak season.
Remote workflow with occasional in-person meetings in Copenhagen.
