About DANSIC

Dansic is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organisation aimed at fostering social innovation and entrepreneurship. We bring together students, social entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to develop solutions for social and environmental challenges. Our mission is to inspire the development of sustainable social enterprises and engage with leaders across all sectors.

This year’s theme

For 2025, we’re diving into a topic that affects all of us: AI, sustainability, and the future of human empowerment.

What we will be working on

Throughout the year, DANSIC will host:

  • panel debates with experts in AI, ethics, and sustainability

  • interactive workshops exploring responsible and creative uses of AI

  • collaborations with startups, researchers, and organisations in Denmark

  • activities aimed at empowering students and young professionals to navigate the AI era confidently

About the role

In this position, you’ll have wide creative freedom to explore the areas that excite you most. Want to experiment with video editing? Try out event photography? Develop a social media voice? Craft longer-form articles or design eye-catching graphics? You choose the direction. This role is intentionally flexible so you can follow your interests, build the skills you care about, and turn your ideas into real contributions within a supportive student organisation.

Here are some ideas of what you could be doing:

  • Videography: Filming volunteer events, creating short highlight reels, interviewing student volunteers, or producing storytelling videos about community impact.

  • Photography: Capturing event photos, taking portraits of team members, documenting behind-the-scenes moments, or building a visual library for future promotions.

  • Social Media and Marketing: Designing posts, writing captions, planning content calendars, experimenting with new formats (Reels, TikToks, carousels), or running engagement campaigns.

  • Copywriting & Editorial: Writing blog posts, event summaries, newsletters, or crafting clear messaging for upcoming initiatives.

  • Creative Projects: Pitching and producing original ideas—like a mini documentary, a photo series, a podcast episode, or a themed campaign to highlight student impact.

On a practical note:

We expect that each role will require about 3 - 4 hours of your time per week. There might be busier periods based on our progress, but we are also flexible around exams or other obligations you may have.

And what’s in it for you?

  • Freedom to explore creative ideas in a meaningful way

  • A chance to build your professional portfolio

  • A supportive community of peers who want to grow together

  • A meaningful volunteering experience that builds your CV and confidence

  • The opportunity to shape how young people engage with AI as a force for good

These are volunteering - and therefore unpaid - opportunities. However, we still believe that it is worth it!

Sounds interesting? We certainly hope so!

How to Apply:

Just click Apply, attach your CV and answer the questions!

The deadline is the 22nd of December.

We encourage especially students and recent graduates to apply! However, even if you don’t fit into these categories, you are still very welcome to send your application - we are most of all looking for people with the right motivation and willingness to learn and grow with us.
