Partner & Event Manager for leading European Retail Workforce Management Solution (B2B SAAS)

Your role in the Company

Retail is being rewritten. SameSystem helps leading brands run smarter stores, fairer schedules, and better customer experiences. We secure retail a place in the future—and you become the person who gets that message out there by building and running our European event presence and a powerful partner ecosystem end-to-end, together with our experienced CSMO. At SameSystem, we prioritise events and partnerships as the number one priority in our GTM strategy, and your area of responsibility will receive top management support and focus.

  • Influence how tens of thousands of shops and hundreds of thousands of people work by placing SameSystem on the main stages of European retail.

  • Make our AI-powered WFM the default choice through stages, awards, and strategic alliances.

  • Turn strategic alliances with POS, payroll, analytics, loyalty solutions and more into pipeline and revenue by unlocking the joint value for enterprises.

  • You will own the plan and the outcomes, and work directly with the C-suite and GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

Event strategy

  • Together with country managers, select the annual portfolio across tier-1 shows and focused field events.

  • Secure speaking slots, award submissions, and media opportunities.

  • Lead creative, stand build, logistics, onsite operations, vendor sourcing.

  • Orchestrate pre-event and post-event plays for meetings, demos, and follow-ups.

  • Set and hit targets for meetings, MQLs and pipeline per event.

Partner ecosystem

  • Map, recruit, and tier partners across POS, payroll, loyalty solutions and retail tech.

  • Build joint value propositions and integration stories that resonate with enterprise buyers.

  • Launch co-marketing: webinars, content, events, and ABM plays.

  • Drive co-sell motions, partner enablement, references, and field readiness.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience driving events and/or partner programmes.

  • Previous ownership of tier-1 trade shows and field events that generated pipeline, and/or hands-on partner work: Recruitment, agreements, co-marketing, and co-sell.

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills; comfortable managing budgets.

  • Excellent programme management skills.

  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Excellent communication, networking and collaboration skills.
