At Dobby, we’re on a mission to digitalize and transform the global coffee and vending industry — empowering operators and manufacturers to work smarter, faster, and more profitably.

We’re hiring ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join Dobby — the world’s leading operating platform for the coffee industry. You will play a key role in building our outbound engine, developing new markets, and creating qualified pipeline across Europe.

This is an ideal job for someone who is hungry to learn sales, thrives in a fast-moving scale-up, and wants a front‑row seat to how a global SaaS company grows.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify high‑value accounts within our ICP.

  • Conduct intro calls and discovery conversations with prospects.

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline in HubSpot.

  • Develop new markets and test outbound strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with our Growth Operations team and Marketing team.

  • Experiment, iterate, and improve outreach constantly.

  • Support founders in shaping Dobby’s commercial growth engine.


What You’ll Learn

You’ll work directly with our serial founders from the tech and coffee industries, gaining hands-on experience you won’t find in school:

  • How to run world‑class outbound prospecting.

  • How to qualify and nurture leads.

  • How to open conversations, create demand, and book meetings.

  • How to negotiate, win deals, and build strong customer relationships.

  • How to think and execute like a founder.
