Role Overview

At Dobby, we’re on a mission to digitalize and transform the global coffee and vending industry — empowering operators and manufacturers to work smarter, faster, and more profitably.

We’re looking for an analytical Growth Operations Specialist to help build and optimise our commercial data workflows. You will work firectly with founders and connect tools like Clay, LinkedIn, Apollo and Zapier with HubSpot to keep our data clean, and support Sales and Marketing with reliable insights. This is an ideal first or second job for someone curious, structured, and eager to learn automation in a fast‑scaling SaaS company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain data automation flows (Clay → HubSpot → Outreach).

  • Support segmentation and ICP development.

  • Enrich, validate and structure company and contact data.

  • Build simple automations and troubleshoot integrations.

  • Recommend new tools and improvements in workflow efficiency.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Proactive learner, eager to take ownership and develop technical and commercial skills

  • Experience with data research and automation and tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, N8N and similar

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).

  • Relevant professional experience in marketing operations, data research, or sales support.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
