Shape the operating system behind Veo’s global growth
The opportunity
As Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll be the connector between strategy and execution across the entire Revenue Division. Translating strategic goals into operational excellence by aligning people, processes, and systems to drive growth and efficiency.
You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, lead a small but high-impact RevOps team, and shape the operating system that keeps our Go-to-Market engine running smoothly.
The Revenue Division includes six teams: Brand & Communications, Markets, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Pricing & Commercial Insights.
What you’ll do:
- Lead RevOps: Manage and develop a small team of Salesforce admins and tooling specialists. Prioritize projects, coach for quality delivery, and create structure in a fast-moving environment.
- Own Salesforce: Take full ownership of Veo’s CRM setup, from process design and data model to day-to-day hygiene and optimization. Partner closely with Sales, CS, and Marketing to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Act as the primary commercial stakeholder and owner for major core IT infrastructure projects, partnering closely with engineering teams across the organization.
- Drive AI enablement: Bring automation and AI into our core Revenue stack to increase conversion rates, productivity, and data-driven decision-making.
- Run the Support stack: Oversee Zendesk and related tools, including AI-assisted features like agent assistance, intent scoring, and ticket deflection.
- Program leadership: Act as PMO for high-impact, cross-functional projects. Such as cross-functional AI rollouts, migrating from one system to another, and hardware process improvements.
- Be the CRO’s operational partner: Prepare executive materials (Board decks, QBRs, leadership updates) that clearly communicate performance and priorities.
- Own the Revenue Operating System: Lead our quarterly and annual GTM planning, OKRs, pipeline reviews, and forecasting cadence — ensuring sharp decisions and strong execution.
What you could bring:
- Operational leadership and project management: 3+ years leading small, high-performing teams in a growth environment. Experience in stakeholder and project management.
- Tech expertise: Architecture-level experience with commercial systems and data infrastructure, enabling seamless integration across CRM and other tools.
- AI and automation mindset: You design robust processes first, then apply AI to accelerate impact.
- PMO discipline: Skilled at driving OKRs, MBRs/QBRs, and cross-functional alignment.
- Executive communication: Clear, concise, and action-oriented — you simplify complexity.
- Systems thinker: You understand how tools, data, and teams fit together — and build scalable frameworks around them.
