The Role 

Become the heartbeat of our user-driven product strategy. We’re searching for a UX Designer who thrives on in-person teamwork, is open-minded, and ready to break conventions, wisely. You will work in our beautiful CPH office with your colleagues, as well as working with some of our remote team members. Lead research, drive design, and collaborate directly to bring out the best in our browser-based business reporting tools. So much to learn! So much to explore! So much to contribute!  

Responsibilities 

• Lead UX and clarify product design direction for business reporting software. We are early-stage, so your impact will be huge! 

• Create and iterate wireframes and interactive prototypes (Figma, Sketch, or similar), particularly for React UI 

• Conduct user and market research: interviews, usability testing, surveys 

• Turn research insights into actionable feature and design guidance 

• Prepare user journeys, personas, and present findings 

• Champion UX culture in a close-knit, fast-changing environment 

You will have excellent support from your colleagues and subject-matter experts. 

Who You Are 

• 3+ years hands-on in UX research AND design for web products  

• Proven experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)  

• Great drawing skills and whiteboard ‘leadership’ to gather and distil group collaboration  

• Knowledge of user research and usability testing practices  

• Experience in SaaS, finance, or enterprise software is a big plus  

• Knowledge or background in accounting, finance, or FP&A is a major advantage  

• Knowledge of semantic data and graph data structures super helpful!  

• Self-starter who loves variety and takes ownership  

• Excellent grasp of the English language  

• Natural enthusiasm for our mission!

• Full-time salaried position, starting with a three-month trial period, after which there will be either an equity offer or a leave, followed by a one-year cliff for shares to vest.
