Are you passionate about food, sustainability, and marketing, and eager to gain hands-on commercial experience in a fast-growing FoodTech company? REDUCED is looking for a structured and proactive student assistant to support both our marketing and commercial activities.
REDUCED is a pioneering FoodTech company creating natural taste solutions from upcycled ingredients sourced from the food and agricultural industries. Our mission is simple: to elevate taste while reducing impact. We collaborate with chefs and food manufacturers to make food more sustainable without compromising on flavour.
As a Marketing & Commercial Student Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and the Commercial team to support brand communication, lead generation, and customer-facing activities. Your work will help strengthen REDUCED’s visibility, customer engagement, and commercial impact across our main markets. In addition, the role will include hands-on activities to support local fairs/events in the food service business.
This part-time position (approx.15 hours per week) is ideal for a student who wants to combine studies with practical experience in marketing, sales, and business development.
Marketing tasks:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, trade fair activities, and digital content.
Help with website and social media updates, performance tracking, and reporting.
Assist in developing sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and newsletters.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential partners.
Commercial tasks:
Assist the Commercial team with lead generation and pipeline updates in our CRM system.
Provide administrative and organisational support to marketing and sales initiatives.
Arrange the sending of samples to customers (hands-on in terms of labelling and packaging samples) and keeping track of sampling activities.
You’re currently studying marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in both marketing and commercial development.
You’re structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
You have solid written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).
You’re curious about food, sustainability, and B2B branding.
You’re confident using digital tools. Experience with CRM systems, analytics, or content management platforms is an advantage.
You thrive in a dynamic environment and like to take initiative.
