Ever left a meeting and forgotten who said what? Or spent too much time trying to formulate a follow-up email? Meetings are part of most people’s day-to-day lives, and today’s hybrid world (Zoom, in-person, async) only makes it harder to keep up.
At Jurnie, we’re on a mission to make meetings more efficient and useful by automatically taking notes, analysing, and extracting insights using AI - so you can focus on the conversation, and let Jurnie remember every detail.
If you're excited about improving how teams collaborate, communicate, and make decisions, this internship might be for you.
Jurnie is a meeting note-taker that connects the dots between all your conversations - whether they’re online, in person or both. Our philosophy is to make Jurnie as non-intrustive as possible, meaning no meeting bots are involved, and we support any type of meeting software (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Slack, etc.)
We transcribe meetings with automated speaker recognition, transform messy conversations into tailored summaries, clean CRM updates, and offer an AI chat to ask anything about your meetings. Our platform is fast, privacy-focused, and built for teams that want less admin and more clarity.
We’re working with trusted partners and already integrated into tools like Hubspot and Salesforce. Want to try it out? jurnie.io
You’ll help bring Jurnie’s mobile experience to life - our Flutter app where users capture their in-person meetings / coffee chats / interviews, review their notes, chat with our AI assistant, and organize meetings directly from their phone. You'll be building intuitive, responsive Flutter widgets that handle real-time interactivity and work seamlessly across iOS and Android. You'll also get exposure to our backend and AI workflows if you're curious to explore beyond the UI.
Expect to work closely with our UX designers, backend developers (Python/Django), and users to ship smooth, mobile-first features that feel effortless to use, even when the tech behind them is complex.
