Organic Basics is now looking for an organized, clever, and kind Customer Experience Intern who enjoys a good challenge and thrives in a fun, fast-paced work environment. The 4-6 month internship will begin in January 2026 and take place in our office in Nørrebro, Copenhagen - remote work is possible for shorter periods of time. This internship is intended to give you hands-on experience with customer interactions, products, and logistics as part of your studies and help shape your future career path. 

Your daily tasks will include:

• Acting as the voice of Organic Basics, delivering brilliant customer service via phone, email, and live chat

• Assisting customers with order or product inquiries, sizing guidance, and after-sales support

• Improving methods for review collection and making sure customer feedback is presented and used for future improvements

• Help level up the online customer experience with fresh ideas

• Solving logistics issues and daily communication with our warehouse

• Translate customer insights into clear, actionable data for the team

• Ad hoc CX tasks

  
  

Your strengths:

• Previous CX, retail or service experience is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first (and sales-friendly) mindset

• Reliable, people-smart and a natural at making others feel at ease

• Helping customers gives you personal satisfaction and joy

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• You speak and write fluent English, any other language is a plus

Compensation: The position is paid an honorary salary of 5200 DKK/month

Location: Copenhagen - remote work is possible, but we like to see each other in person a few times a week :)
