We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our early Commercial team and help open untapped markets. You’ll be selling to some of the world’s biggest brands, while also spotting quick wins that can validate what works and what scales.

Electricity Maps already works with enterprise customers like Google, Meta, and Cisco, but we’re still defining how to best position and price our offerings across different use cases. As an Account Executive, you’ll engage directly with existing customers and new prospects, uncovering their challenges, and helping them understand how our data can drive value.

Translate a technically complex product into clear business value that resonates with decision-makers
Translate wins (and losses) into repeatable patterns for the Commercial team
Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product in building a scalable sales motion, while still being hands-on with pipeline generation and closing deals
Expand existing mid-market and enterprise accounts through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Sales experience - you’ve been an Account Executive for a minimum of 3 years within technology (SaaS, platform etc.) or energy.
Early-stage building - proven success selling in complex markets where the sales playbook was still being written.
Technical curiosity - eager to dive into a complicated field and learn enough to sell to technical decision makers and buyers.
Builder’s mindset - motivated by results, energized by experimentation, and comfortable making progress without perfect information.
Collaborative spirit - you share insights openly, so the whole commercial team learns faster and wins together.

Based in Copenhagen, but expect business trips to visit international clients
