2025 is a pivotal year for us as we evolve from a tech-driven brand into a tastemaker in menswear. Our garments—refined essentials for the modern man—are designed to be worn anywhere, from dressed-up occasions to everyday life. And now, we’re looking for a part-time Customer Success Assistant to shape how we deliver the world's best customer experience
Delivery of stellar customer support via chat and email regarding shipments, product info, tax-related questions, etc.
Educate customers about our made-to-order model and how it benefits both them and the planet.
Gather customer feedback and deliver it in a way that enables the rest of the team to improve our product and user experience
Make sure that our customer support processes are optimized in order to give quick and great responses
Help our customers achieve their perfect fit and guide them through our Free Remake Guarantee
Support in our physical store during busy periods and cover for sickness when needed.
Having experience within fashion, furniture, interior design, or similar is considered a plus.
You’re operationally strong and detail-oriented, and you enjoy optimizing customer experience.
You have a genuine passion for men’s fashion and a sharp eye for minimalist, high-quality design and fit.
You’re warm, professional, and a natural storyteller who enjoys engaging with customers
You believe in what we do and are excited to represent Son of a Tailor's vision
You’re a true team player who thrives on collaboration and enjoys working closely with others to enhance the customer experience.
You're fluent in English. Danish is a plus, but not essential.
A central role in shaping the online customer experience.
Exposure to our entire business model, with onboarding support from our online customer success team.
