Customer Success Assistant

Salary Competitive

Most fashion brands don’t produce their garments, they outsource the work to murky supply chains. We buck that trend.

Founded in Copenhagen in 2014, Son of a Tailor is one of the most pioneering menswear brands in operation today. With over one million products sold, we’ve redefined everyday essentials through custom-fit precision and a transformative made-to-order production model.

2025 is a pivotal year for us as we evolve from a tech-driven brand into a tastemaker in menswear. Our garments—refined essentials for the modern man—are designed to be worn anywhere, from dressed-up occasions to everyday life. And now, we’re looking for a part-time Customer Success Assistant to shape how we deliver the world's best customer experience

What you'll do

  • Delivery of stellar customer support via chat and email regarding shipments, product info, tax-related questions, etc.

  • Educate customers about our made-to-order model and how it benefits both them and the planet.

  • Gather customer feedback and deliver it in a way that enables the rest of the team to improve our product and user experience

  • Make sure that our customer support processes are optimized in order to give quick and great responses

  • Help our customers achieve their perfect fit and guide them through our Free Remake Guarantee

  • Support in our physical store during busy periods and cover for sickness when needed.

About you

  • Having experience within fashion, furniture, interior design, or similar is considered a plus.

  • You’re operationally strong and detail-oriented, and you enjoy optimizing customer experience.

  • You have a genuine passion for men’s fashion and a sharp eye for minimalist, high-quality design and fit.

  • You’re warm, professional, and a natural storyteller who enjoys engaging with customers

  • You believe in what we do and are excited to represent Son of a Tailor's vision

  • You’re a true team player who thrives on collaboration and enjoys working closely with others to enhance the customer experience.

  • You're fluent in English. Danish is a plus, but not essential.

What we offer

  • A central role in shaping the online customer experience.

  • Exposure to our entire business model, with onboarding support from our online customer success team.

  • Competitive salary based on experience

  • A supportive and innovation-driven work team in the heart of Copenhagen.

  • A fun and lively work environment, with regular Friday get-togethers.

  • A part-time position (25–30 hours per week) with the possibility to work full-time during peak season. This role may occasionally include weekend shifts.

Working at
Son of a Tailor

Since the beginning of mass production a hundred years ago, the clothing industry has not treated its people, products or our planet well. The arrival of e-commerce, with its increased return rates and squeezed margins, only caused worse conditions and more waste in an already careless industry. Son of a Tailor has changed this. Through technology and a lean supply chain, we are fundamentally changing how apparel is made. We have no inventories, always do custom fit on demand, we create much less waste, and reconnect the link between those who make the garments and those who wear them. We are a tech-forward fashion company. We have 100,000+ customers around the world, a fantastic team in Denmark and Portugal and we get great reviews by GQ, Esquire, Trustpilot and Highsnobiety.
