With a strong digital presence and a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business model, we have established ourselves as a significant player in the premium menswear market. We are now entering an exciting phase, making investments in brand development, marketing, product portfolio expansion and enhanced customer experience.
As the E-Commerce Manager at BARONS, you will have overall responsibility for our digital growth. You will develop and execute a customer-centric and brand-driven e-commerce strategy that ensures optimal performance across markets. The role combines strategic and operational tasks, and you will have a significant influence on your daily work and BARONS’ digital direction.
As E-Commerce Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute an e-commerce strategy that drives BARONS’ growth. You will continuously optimize our website to drive sales and enhance both conversion rates as well as the overall customer experience. In addition, you will be responsible for further developing our loyalty program, BARONS Club, into a key driver of customer retention and brand loyalty. Through data analysis, you will identify and implement growth-oriented initiatives that strengthen our commercial performance and support long-term success. Other responsibilities include;
Implementing new e-commerce tools and technologies
Driving the implementation of web development initiatives in collaboration with external partners
Establishing and developing an A/B testing program
Staying curious and up to date on best practices in the market and relevant trends
Influencing digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social) in close collaboration with the marketing team
Monitoring and optimizing our website (UX, speed optimization, etc.)
Analyzing, reporting and most importantly acting on online commercial performance using Google Analytics, Shopify, and other relevant tools
Testing and implementing new digital initiatives to increase engagement and sales
Performance marketing optimization in collaboration with marketing and external agencies
E-commerce budget responsibility
Your key objectives will be to grow online revenue through data-driven decisions and initiatives. Further, you will improve the conversion rate on our website by identifying friction points and continuously optimizing the user journey. Additionally, you will;
Ensure that customers face a seamless shopping experience from start to finish
Work strategically to reduce both exchanges and return rates
Drive initiatives to increase sign-ups for BARONS Club and increase customer lifetime value
Contribute to ensuring visual consistency between digital and physical touchpoints
Challenge the status quo and drive innovative e-commerce initiatives
