So, who are we? We are Folket. Eh. Ups. Folkæt. Folk (People) + Æt (Heritage) = People who belong together.


We are building a social matching platform for teams that can be used as a hiring tool. Aaand.. did I mention we focus on the entire team, which btw makes us an excellent tool for self-leading teams... It all comes together in building trust, commitment, accountability, shared goals, and all those kind of important things to create good teamwork.


We are working on an AI-interactive job interview and an AI Jobbot that can help put skills and types together, and more than that we will be able to foresee bottlenecks and skills needed in the future. And all of this is gathered in an easy, fun, and intuitive way. Making Folkæt the first platform to give people control to match exactly how they want to.

Folkæt is for making regenerative teams matched by common values and mixed types. We want to create high-performing teams where skills and values are equalized. Keep it real! We have made people's profiles anonymous to make it as DEI-friendly as possible. Leaving out any possibility of bias, we are making a platform where people can connect on something much more important than the four discriminatory g's; gender, generation, geography, and genetics. We are looking for someone who doesn't mind speaking their mind and who has a lot of curiosity when it comes to work life studies, HR, behavioral psychology and team building. Preferably someone tech, but others are also welcome to reach out. Who are we? Now a team of 5, we count a graphic designer, two software developers, a teacher in Scrum and Agile, and me, the founder. I have a background in working with HR and I have an M.L.L.
