Senior Revenue Associate - Marketing and Partnership Performance

Salary Competitive
Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology. Our innovative, fully automatic camera solution enables sports teams to record matches and training sessions without a camera operator. We’re democratizing the world of sports by granting video analysis for teams on all levels—a privilege that used to be only for the few. More than 40,000 clubs in 90+ countries record their games every week.

Growing as fast as we do in Veo means that every day is different, exciting, and challenging, both on the front line and in the back office.

But that’s not the most remarkable thing about us.

The coolest thing is our people. We’ve attracted some of the brightest minds in the industry. They are the reason we can create a great product and do it while enjoying ourselves.

We’re looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Senior Revenue Associate to join our Revenue team, with a targeted focus on improving lead inflow and conversion through performance marketing insights. We want to hear from you if you have deep experience analyzing online ad spending and campaign performance, and thrive on turning data into actionable strategy.

About the Role

We oversee the commercial funnel in the Revenue Division - from Marketing, Partnerships, Resellers, and Sales to Pricing and Strategic Accounts. In this role, your core focus will be to provide insights and analysis that help optimize our marketing performance across platforms like Meta and Google, evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve lead inflow and conversion through our partnership channel.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing teams to ensure that every marketing dollar is well spent and that our lead generation and conversion efforts are constantly improving. You will also support weekly and monthly reporting across the full Revenue team, ensuring that performance insights are delivered consistently and clearly across functions and that our tracking of partnership-generated revenue is spot on.

We're especially interested in candidates who have experience leveraging AI tools to simplify and automate reporting workflows, making analysis faster and more accessible for the broader team to spend time on areas where we can improve as a company. Recognizing areas for improvement through analysis and insights is essential for thriving in this position.

You’ll be part of a small and efficient Revenue Insights team, working alongside another Sales and Strategic Accounts analyst. You’ll report to the Head of Pricing and Revenue Insights and collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and the Head of Markets.

What will you do?
  • Optimise Lead Generation & Conversion: Analyse ad spend and lead performance across platforms to identify the best-performing channels, markets, and campaign types.
  • Campaign Analysis: Evaluate and benchmark the performance of price-driven, partner, and branding campaigns.
  • Spend Efficiency: Provide ongoing insights into return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead (CPL), and cost per acquisition (CPA) to guide strategy and budget allocation.
  • Automate & Scale Reporting: Use AI and automation tools to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual work, and ensure fast, accurate insights across the Revenue function.
  • Revenue Team Reporting: Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Accounts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Markets team (Partner Channel) to ensure strategies are aligned with data-backed insights.
  • Dashboards & tracking: Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that track key funnel metrics from impression to lead to conversion, and ensure partnership tracking is working.

What are we looking for?
  • BSc or MSc in Business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or similar
  • 2–4 years of experience with performance analytics or a similar revenue-focused analytics role in a SaaS or digital business
  • Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes
  • Proficient in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL) and BI platforms (e.g., Looker)
  • In-depth understanding of Meta and Google Ads ecosystems, KPIs, and optimization levers
  • Experience managing reporting cadences for multi-functional teams
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights—and adeptly manage cross-functional discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • A motivated approach with a strategic mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and unstructured data to ensure clarity and action
