The Opportunity
Join us as a Student UX Research Assistant and collaborate with seasoned researchers to plan, run, and analyze a variety of user studies. Based in our Copenhagen office, you’ll learn firsthand how research informs design decisions and contributes to our larger strategic vision.
You’ll work cross-functionally-partnering with Product, Design, and other researchers to ensure that every research effort is well-executed, meticulously documented, and aligned with organizational goals.
This role offers direct exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced, user-centric environment where your input will help shape key insights and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior researchers in creating and executing qualitative and quantitative user studies—such as usability tests, interviews, or surveys.
- Help capture observations, organize notes, and tag insights, enabling the team to quickly identify patterns and trends.
- Support participant sourcing, including screening, scheduling, and building targeted cohorts for specific studies.
- Draft and send out reminders, coordinate logistics, and handle incentive distribution, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.
- Maintain and update our research databases, ensuring data remains clean, accurate, and compliant with privacy guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of research documentation templates, helping streamline processes and promote best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to keep them informed of research timelines, findings, and next steps.
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Digital Design, UX/UI, Sociology, Anthropology, Business, IT, HCI, or a related field.
- You notice small but significant nuances, and you enjoy diving into data to discover meaningful insights.
- Comfortable reaching out to participants, aligning with team members, and taking initiative to keep projects on track.
- You’re open to feedback and excited about immersing yourself in UX research principles and methodologies.
- Willingness to learn or basic familiarity with Notion, Asana, Calendly, Dovetail, Google Drive, or similar platforms.
- You naturally consider how people interact with products and have a genuine curiosity about user behavior.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
