The Role

We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Program Team on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to grow in the tech and event space while gaining hands-on experience working at the core of our summit's speaker and content development.

You’ll work closely with the Program Manager and collaborate with our PR & Communication team to shape content, manage logistics, and coordinate our speaker and journalist engagements before and during the event.

Responsibilities

• Research trends in tech, startups, and innovation

• Assist with speaker and journalist outreach & onboarding

• Develop content ideas for keynotes, panels, and fireside chats

• Handle CRM management and stakeholder data

• Support logistical planning: scheduling, travel, event coordination

• Lead the speaker nomination platform & communication flow

• Organize and manage a team of volunteers

• Facilitate matchmaking between speakers and journalists

• Represent TechBBQ at startup & tech events (when possible)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset

• Solid written and verbal communication (English fluency required)

• Comfortable with CRM systems and stakeholder management

• Experience with research and writing

• Confident in networking – both online and in person

• Bonus: background in PR, social sciences, communications, or entrepreneurship

• Bonus: event coordination experience
